    I used this company for SB721 balcony inspection. The inspection took place on April 29, 2024. Using this company was for me a waste of money and time. Description of events:Due to their scheduling mix up, they didn't come on time, but showed up two hours later.They drilled 17 holes in the balcony and "took" pictures of the wood inside. About a week later they provided us with a report. The report they provided was based on unclear, fuzzy pictures (see attached pictures). They failed the inspected balcony based on these pictures. The person who conducted the inspection was not an engineer or an architect, just a person with minimal training. This is the person who took many fuzzy pictures. The report is vague and recommends in several places that I should hire a professional company to know what exactly needs to be repaired. I paid this company to be that professional. You have to pay half up front, and you cannot access the report until you pay in full, and while they took pictures, they refused to share them with me and were secretive about them.Based on the Fail score per DrBalcony, I arranged for three different construction companies to come out and tell me what and if needs to be repaired and the cost involved. All three deemed the report and pictures provided by DrBalcony useless and were surprised that a company would charge for this report.Attached are some of the pictures they based their report on and the letters from the credit company informing me that "The merchant has now agreed to credit my account".I do not know if this company is scam, but I would definitely not recommend using their services.
