    On 7/21/2021 i was issued a street sweeping ticket as well as tag ticket for tags not shown.I paid the ticket. On 7/22/22 I was issued another 2 tickets for the same reason as the prior year. I did no receive anything in the mail until 11/23/23 which was way past the dispute date. My complaint is that there are no photos or proof of my vehicle at the time the ticket was issued because I did not get a citation ticket on my car either so I had no knowledge of this ticket. After some digging I realized that the dates in which the tickets were issued that I was out of town and my car was left on my parents driveway which doesnt explain why I got a ticket and on top of that my parents street has their street sweeping on the 1st and 3rd MONDAY of each month and this ticket was issued on a Friday. I called into pticket and was told there should be photos online and there wasnt. After digging some more I realized that my brother had accidentally put my plate on his car and the one getting the tickets. My complaint is that theres shouldve been photos taken of the vehicle or some sort of proof to provide people when issuing tickets to prevent issues of this sort from happening. I find it unbelievable that when I was speaking to Pticket that they told me there was no proof of my car being on the street nor was there anything I can do about. Although I was able to get to the bottom of my specific situation I find it unethical for a company like this to be able to issue anyone tickets without AT LEAST proving a photo for proof of citation.

    On 1/24/21 I would my vehicle and filed the responsibility release with DMV which they have on file I contacted them , on 2023 ,2 years after is old my car to Carvana, supposedly the car gets 3 parking tickets and they keep mailing them to me to my old address and threatening with sending it to ************* have mailed them back 4 times with copies of the sale agreement from back in 2021 and the keep harassing me , I need them to update their system and see that I DO NOT own the car , I can provide purchase agreement, responsibility release and a formal letter from ******* stating that I am not liable for this and this company needs to sto harassing me
