    This business is very unethical. They take your money to fill out applications to rent a home, go through the process, and you provide them with everything and more and they still decline the offer to rent the property.They put these homes on ****** and collect $39 per applicant that is 18 and over. If you take that and multiply by 30 applicants over a month it comes out to $1,170 that they have collected. Its like a cash scam. They profit the money and then dont approve the applicants. They have two homes listed in ********* and I applied for one of them and it is still on the market not rented. The one I applied for shows 49 days on Zillow. Imagine how much money theyve made just collecting application fees. The second home they have listed shows its been on Zillow for 101 days. Theyre just collecting these application fees for profit and not approving anyone to rent these properties. Also, they refuse to show the home until you complete the application and pay the fees. I also notice what they do is if the property has been on Zillow for a while, they take down the listing and repost as a fresh listing so it doesnt show how long its been on the market. I just want to make other possible customers aware of what this business is doing. There should be a law to prevent property managers from forcing potential renters to pay application fees before viewing a property.

    No stars they take the money but don't take care of the tenants issue I've been without air-conditioner all this July I'm old sick on oxygen & still no response the place is full of bugs it's unbelievable how these people are inside my apartment has been 108 or higher ************* PD Have been involved

    *****, thank you for your feedback. Your AC work order was submitted on 7/5 and assigned to a vendor. When the vendor was unable to complete the work, it was assigned to another who promptly took care of it. As for roaches in the unit, I don't see that you ever asked for your unit to be sprayed. The property is on regular pest service, and we would be happy to ask them to spray the interior of your unit. We ask that you keep your unit clean and comply with the tips provided by the pest control company. Finally, PD being at the property, that has nothing to do with your unit. We always welcome PD's involvement if there are any disturbances at any properties. We want to ensure a safe environment for everyone. If you have any other work orders, please submit them via your tenant portal or call the office at ************.
