6/7/23 Made the visit to *********************** and met with ***********************. She advised if a deposit was made and ended up needing to be refunded, the timeline to expect the refund would be 2-3 weeks. The 2-3 week timeline was explained as ****** refund policy. 6/8/23 - Check #**** paid in the amount of $1000.00 for deposit to ****************. 6/14/23 Called ***** and advised will not be moving forward and requested a deposit refund. ***** confirmed receipt of my request via text. 6/26/23 Texted ***** as the check I wrote was now pending with my bank despite my requesting a refund nearly two weeks prior. ***** and I spoke on the phone and she asked that I follow up with her again if it is not received within two weeks.7/10/23 Texted ***** to advise I have not received the refund deposit check. I asked her to provide confirmation that it was mailed. 7/12/23 ***** texted and advised she is waiting on confirmation that the check is in the mail. 8/1/23 Texted ***** to advise no check has been received and inquire about the status. 8/7/23 ***** texted and requested confirmation of my mailing address once again. I asked her to confirm the date it was mailed out. She was initially told it was mailed and learned at a later date, it never was. 8/9/2023 Texted ***** inquiring again about the deposit refund check I have not received. 8/19/23 Texted ***** and asked who at a corporate level I can reach out to about this issue. Also spoke on the phone with ***** to receive the following email addresses: ******************** ******************** ************************ 8/25/23 Spoke to ***** on the phone about this issue and advised still no refund check received.8/26/23 Sent email advising timeline is unacceptable and I expect a date the check will be mailed out to me by EOD Monday, August 28th.
