    This company is trying to overcharge me for services and blankets. I detailed a list of my items to the owner ****, and hired a professional packer to secured and organize my things into two separate rooms as part of my household was going into storage and part was going into a trailer to be moved to my new location. I was told by **** that his employees were all long term and experienced moving high end items. On moving day, the movers showed up much earlier than scheduled, and had received no instructions from ****. They seemed confused about how to go about the move, and required extra time to be explained the situation. They were very slow to get going. One person was texting and talking on his cell phone excessively, and the other person spent a large amount of time (about 45 minutes) using the bathroom at my house (which had already been professionally cleaned) causing me to have to reclean it. They moved most of my items without using any protective wrapping. When I asked them about this they said its easier to move things outside and then wrap them. They did not conduct the move in a professional way. They tied the cord to my refrigerator around the unit and the metal plug was bouncing and scratching the glass when they were moving the unit. I had to ask them to untie that and tape the cord properly to the back. These were not professional movers I was promised for $200 per hour, these were two young people with no moving experience. One had been lift operators at the local ski resort and the other was a landscaper, (per their statements to me) and they had only started working at this company over the summer). Their lack of experience was evident as they took far longer time to move my things than estimated and longer than any other moving company has recently taken to complete the same job with the same furnishings and items. The blanket count listed on the invoice is grossly overstated. I own two totes full of blankets and we primarily used those.
