    This company likes to pride itself on 365 days a year 24/7 customer service. This is all false. Getting ahold of anyone in customer service takes you about an hour at the least even though they claim that they don't have long hold times. Another thing is they did not explain the process of the interlock program. They have many hidden fees and today when trying to get my driver's license renewed I learned that last year they put a submission that my device was removed from my vehicle when it was not. This prompted Driver Control to not release my license to be renewed. I was on hold for a total of 6 hours trying to reach someone to resolve this issue and when I finally got somewhere I was told the customer service department isn't 24/7 like they mention.

    They reported me in compliant with my breathalyzer device to the *** causing an automatic suspension of my license back in October. They actually said it was on their end that my information or appointments are showing that I wasnt in compliance. 1. I have never once been out of compliance, and or missed an appointment for my breathalyzer calibration or anything of that sort. 2. They are constantly billing me even though they are not providing the service of reporting my breathalyzer to the ***. 3. They are the ones at fault, got my license suspended and have yet to assist me the customer with what I need. 4. Ive also asked for all the paperwork and files on my account and they have denied me anything but one document that I still have yet to receive from them.I have continually had to call and wait for tech support and billing support just to get into contact with a hire up regarding my case, Im constantly hung up on or transferred amongst employees who can not help me. I have contacted the *** of the *** and they have said they didnt receive any information from them back in November about their mistake. It is now January and my license is still suspended, I contacted *** and they have stated they sent the proper information to correct the mistake over to ***. Jan. 8 2025 I got into contact with *** and they said they received their letter stating it was a mistake on their end however my license is still suspended due to *** not giving them the proper dates as the original letter they sent stating I was out of compliance. - in their original letter it states Im out of compliance October 7, 2024 - the letter they sent over correcting their mistake says October 4, ************************************************************************************************************************************ and my child at a huge risk.

    On 9/15/2023 I found the website of lowcostinterlock.com and contacted them to get a breathalyzer installed in my pickup due to getting a DUI conversion. The install was done and product itself works good. However, I have a different vehicle that I want to switch the breathalyzer over to that is better in the winter driving months. I've been trying to contact the company for over 30 days. I've called over 35 times, sitting on hold for up to a hour and then being cut off. When I call and ask for sales, someone immediately answers the phone, once they find out you are an existing customer they transfer you to ?? no where, apparently. I have not once been able to talk to a person about the removal. And the company who installed it says they have to have an order from the company to remove it, if I try to remove it, its a criminal matter. So I'm just indefinitely stuck paying $100/mo because I can't get it removed. I'm being held hostage by this company. One customer service lady said to me, that there isn't anyone in the 'removal' department. It's basically just go on hold until you hang up or get disconnected. This is a scam.

    I was approved to get my interlock removed 1/11/24 after a whole month of trying to contact them regarding removal. I contacted driver control here in ********, and they said I couldve had my interlock removed last month. I have been trying to contact low cost interlock since 12/15 regarding this. I finally got it removed today at the site they set for me to go, and they did NOT send my paperwork to driver control. This means, because of low cost interlock not sending over my paperwork, driver control has NO record of me having an interlock installed since 4/20/23. This also means since I got my interlock removed, and I cannot get my unrestricted license because they havent sent over the paperwork, Im not legally allowed to drive. This is a HUGE inconvenience. I want compensation and my paperwork sent over immediately.
