    The absolute worst moving experience of my life. Might be the worst customer experience as well. I booked ******************** to do a 1 bed, first floor move, to a 1 bed, second floor move. I've moved a lot and in the past 2 bed move took about 3 hours. So I expected for this to be no different, especially since I do a lot of prep work. Everything organized, ready to go. I requested in advance that the movers wear masks, as we are still in a Pandemic and that's what helps us feel safe. I was told that was no problem. If I had been told that was an issue, I would have booked someone else, as we all get to make our own choices. Movers show up, no masks. I don't press it. 2 hours in they finished the load portion. When we get to the unload location my husband asks them to put on masks, they refuse, they say they don't believe in Covid. Which is their choice, but it's my choice to patron businesses that align with my beliefs and I had requested in advance that the movers wear masks. They argue and say that they won't wear masks and if they do, they will work slow. I called Artem/***** their Owner and their dispatch. I remind him he committed to having them wear masks. We do the back and forth, as they stand there not working. I tell them I'm not going to pay for the time they stood around arguing about masks. The movers then tell me I have to pay in full, before they finish. They called me a racist, we went back and forth about payment. They called me a b**** They told me I had to pay $620, I did. I asked for a receipt, I was told I was treating them like they were thieves for asking for a receipt (I paid in cash). We argued some more about that. They then proceeded to unload, they just dropped boxes, bags everywhere. It was a hot mess. They dropped my clothes on the ground. When they finished they told me I owed them more money, that I owed for an extra half an hour (even though they stood around for 45 minutes arguing about masks, which they never wore). I told them no. I told them they wanted to be paid up front, and they were. Artem then called to tell me I owed for 30 more minutes. I reminded him they stood around for 45 minutes doing nothing. He hung up on me. I will say this, moving is already stressful and you count on sites like Yelp to give some guidance on who to choose. I just want anyone looking at this Yelp to have all the Information. I would never recommend these movers. They were slow, they were rude, they were unprofessional, disrespectful and they did not respect our request made in advance, when I was told they would. Beware of this company.

    We don't want our company's reputation to be ruined by your false statement. So let me put some light on that situation.First of all movers worked professionally and took good care of all of your furniture and items. As a result nothing is damaged or broken.Secondly, every move is taking different time due to the factor that every customer has different number of items and different distance between locations. You can not push them to be in a rush just because you want to complete the whole move in 3 hours. I have to mention that loading address was in Orange county and unloading address in Riverside county. Those who are familiar with the roads probably know that there's always heavy traffic. And the whole time of the move was relatively fast.The pause of 40 minutes took place because you told movers that you were not going to pay for the time that exceeds 3 hours (because in your mind it only should take 3 hours for the whole move).In that case we had nothing else to do but to charge you in advance, the **** of 620$ (4'5 hours). if we hadn't done this, then we had no guarantee that we would receive full payment for the work.After we received the payment, we even added a third additional mover for no extra charge ( just because we also wanted to finish with this move ASAP). Three movers worked for one more hour as fast as they can, unloading your stuff and assembling the bed as you requested. The total **** for the whole move was 680$ (5 hours) And we were about to charge you for additional 30 minutes that it took. Instead of paying us we only received complains about the speed of work and our service. So we decided to leave those extra 60$ on your conscience, you probably need them more.It's sad that this moving experience left you in hard feelings, but you should not lie about what happened and make us look bad.
