    July 8, 2024 $320 original purchase plus $85 for an additional product I originally purchase a set of **** necklaces for couples and was offered a blue water diamond cut ring at discounted price of $85. Before the order was even processed or dropped off for shipment, I contacted their support team several times to cancel the additional product and keep my original order since the order has not been shipped although they sent me an email that it was shipped but per the tracking # provided, only the label was created in advance. They only responded to me once and have been ignoring me since. Now the tracking information shows an estimated delivery date and the details state the package was received at their local post office just yesterday. They deliberately ignored my multiple inquiries to ship the item because their store policy does not accept returns or refund despite the customers wishes. I only wanted a $85 refund of the ring but at this point theyve lost a loyal customer and I want a full refund altogether instead of store credit. I waited to see if theyd respond and they just wont. Very disappointing since theyre charging customers $300+ of **** when Ive personally found a supplier with the same exact products worth only a portion of their price.

    I placed an order on Friday, Monday morning they had a sale, I asked if they can apply it to my order placed on Friday they said no, they wont honour it. I said okay cancel my order from Friday (it didnt ship yet and wasnt going to for 10 business days min) and I will re-place the exact same order with the code applied. They refunded my unshipped order, but refused to refund the $50USD shipping cost. Such a hassle, and lost a customer that would have been a forever customer. Poor customer service will ruin a business fast. Please refund the $50 USD + tax shipping remaining on my order. Order #*****

    On 5/24/23, I purchased 4 Blue Water (*****) Hello Kitty **** pendants for a total of $400. Order number is ***** When I received it on 5/30/23, it was not the ***** I ordered, I received 4 Jade ***** Hello Kitty pendants. The card that has a description of it for authentication says its a green/**** *****. My mom is Chinese and was able to translate it for me. I reached out and emailed them on 5/30/23 when I received it. And then I commented on their ******** page on 6/1/23. I havent received a response to either communication yet. I know they dont do refunds but they didnt even give me the correct ***** I ordered. I would like them to send me the correct ***** pendants, I would return the ones they sent me.
