    I purchased RX sunglasses 5 months ago and the lenses started to crack by the nose piece. I contacted customer service and they responded almost immediately. Not even 24 hours later a new pair of sunglasses have been shipped to me! GREAT customer care!!

    I ordered 2 pair of prescription glasses and had a return on one pair because of the size. The return process was very easy and ******, through the chat, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend DIFF for their quality products and customer service.

    I ordered a pair sunglasses from this company in January 2025 and they were supposed to arrive in May. They never showed up and were sent back to their facility in **. Not only did I have to reach out to reconcile the problem first, I have sent several emails trying to confirm my address. I was then sent an email accusing me of ignoring your customer service agents request to confirm my address. I then asked them to forget sending me another pair and to refund my credit card and once again have been ignored. This is absolutely unacceptable. And after reading reviews from others it is evident that this is a common occurrence. Do not purchase from this company!

    They have their systems set up in a way that makes it easy for your address to get jumbled or auto pasted incorrectly. Even if you notice the issue immediately, there is zero way to change or cancel the order. You have to email and once you do they tell you that they are too lazy to fix it and basically end up stealing your money without giving you the product. What should be an easy fix is now a nightmare.

    Original Version DO NOT BUY unless youre 100% keeping them. Purchased a pair of sunglasses that didnt fit.They charged me $9.99 PLUS another $9.99 restocking fee. $20 to simply return a pair is absolutely ridiculous.

    Never received glasses, after 2+ weeks of waiting to hear back from customer service department, that was investigating, they are now not replying to me. They ship **** and if this is not reliable in your area, do not purchase from this company. They do not stand by their method of shipping.

    Im very happy with my experience with DIFF eyewear. There was a slight hiccup with one the pairs of RX glasses I ordered but they were extremely helpful. I couldnt be happier with my experience and this will for sure be my go to store for glasses.

    Absolutely wonderful service!! I had purchased 2 pair of prescription glasses and when I added them to my cart they were ****** for one of the pairs. When I went back to add in my prescription the price had changed significantly. I reached out to customer service and ****** reached back out to me. She asked me to take a picture of the original price and I sent it to her. She then refunded me the difference. I truly appreciate customer service like this.
