      ESP nos minti e instalo un sistema solar sin batera despus ******** 15, 2023. Sus vendedores ****** y **** nos prometieron que no volveramos a tener una factura de SCE y otro vendedor de otra compaa nos explic que esto no es cierto. Nosotros no sabemos leer ingls y por ende no pudimos entender sus promesas. Confiamos en su palabra. Tenemos una factura altsima con ****** y un pago por los paneles que no podemos pagar. Vamos a tomar medidas drsticas en contra de ESP si no solucionan este problema. Estamos en bsqueda de un abogado.

      We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication. The sales reps do not work directly for Energy Service Partners, but we have connected with their management to get in touch and find out where there may have been a discrepancy in what was communicated to you about the project. We confirmed that the system is producing but has only been fully operational since October, which means that you may not have seen the full benefits of the electricity offset on your bill due to shorter days and weather during this time of year. Los representantes de ventas no trabajan directamente para Energy Service Partners, pero nos hemos comunicado con su direccin para establecer contacto y averiguar si ha habido alguna discrepancia en lo que se le comunic sobre el proyecto. Confirmamos que el sistema est generando energa, pero ha estado completamente operativo solo desde octubre, lo que significa que es posible que no haya experimentado todos los beneficios de la compensacin elctrica en su factura debido a los das ms ****** y las condiciones climticas en esta poca del ao.       System has been down for over 3 weeks. The inverter has not shipped can't get updates from solar edge or esp.

      I had been initially told when I signed up for solar that it would be completed within 3 months. I was also told that any payments that I made on the loan would be reimbursed for those months I went without solar. I made payments starting in January and my solar just got finalized in July. That is 7 months of ****** bills and loan payments that Ive made. I called the company multiple times asking for the refund and was told they could refund me once my solar is finalized. The day came once my solar was completed and I called in asking for my refund reimbursement. I received an email from *************************** denying my request for reimbursement stating that I did not qualify because the delay was not on ESP but on ******. This is a lie. I had a delay from ESP because they failed to install a part on my main panel which made my first inspection fail. They had to reschedule inspection out for another month. Regardless of ****** reasoning I was still promised a reimbursement. Why should I be paying a loan for all these months and not be able to use my product? Thats outrageous business practice and I was lied to over and over with promises that Id receive that money back. Ive essentially had to pay 2 electric bills for 7 months which has been financially impossible. This is one of many issues with the company. Im also showing my solar is now operable however its under a completely different name than mine! And ****** is still showing Im going to be charged! Again paying two electric bills. To top it off I wrote ***** to help resolve this issue and he hasnt responded in weeks. I called in to ESP and was told ***** couldnt take any calls and that I had to email him to get a response. That was another lie and its been bad business all around.

      We're very sorry and completely understand the frustration. We've conducted another review of the payments that are eligible for reimbursement due to delays within our control. We did identify that the city & county permit delays were a significant portion, as well as the utility, but we will absolutely reach out to you with more information about the payment assistance we can offer. We have also verified that your monitoring portal is under your name, so we're not sure what it is that you're seeing, but are happy to assist to clear up any confusion.

      Beyond annoyed with all the lies within this company. Ive called many times about my inverter I initially called SolarEdge that the system is not producing they told me to reach ESP I been able to talk to them but they all seem to not know what to do from giving wrong info multiple times to making me make a purchase a product for 650 back in May this year that I dont think I needed. I specifically told them the monitor is on nightmode and that ****** said the system is not producing. They said I should purchase the cell kit for 650 and that should solve it so I did waited last month for an appointment around the 23 or so the tech never showed up and customer ********************** didnt bother to let me know. I had to call to find out last minute. A new appointment was scheduled for today 20th thats another month now Im waiting hes not showing up.. I messaged and she told me he was held back I told her I would wait I messaged again asking for an ETA after I get a message saying he did showed up earlier but never did! She had already lied from the start telling me he was held back. I know because I was waiting home all morning and no one came so dont lie! She said he didnt had to knock its my house of course you need to! I think it was all made up because she mistakenly had canceled my appointment without consent for today last month on the 30th and I told her to get it back for me they take weeks to get you an app how did she manage to get it back in an hour? Now they are saying that my inverter is on nightmode as if I didnt already know this! That they need to contact ********* to see whats the next steps. Now Im out of my money, lost time and stressed out because theyre not trying to help at all. They know my number so now they wont even answer their phones, Im seriously angry. Are you goin to cover the bills from the panels and ******? Im goin to talk to few lawyers if this doesnt get settled amicably asap. Waiting on your response.

      We're sorry for the poor experience. According to our notes, the appointment on the 20th was completed and a new cell kit was installed. The *** replacement for the inverter has been submitted through Solaredge. Please know that we are actively working on a resolution and will continue to reach out to you with updates.

      This company has turned our lives upside down.. It's been one problem after another.. When they first installed our panels they installed them wrong.. Now since last May our solar quit working and we have been trying contact customer ********************** and they say they will call back and never do.. Today the lady actually hung up on me saying... I can't deal with you .. all calls are recorded look it up.. so beyond unprofessional. So now we are stuck paying our loan to them ..stuck paying a ************************************ and this ********** said too bad we aren't helping you.. Thats fraud.. there is a 15 yr guarantee..but not one person from this company will get back with you.. Due to my cancer this has been very stressful and ruining my life..Don't ever buy from here. Plenty of other ********* Out there to choose from that actually appreciate and want to be helpful to their customers.. I pray for others..that their finances and life aren't ruined by this company.

      We're sorry that you feel this way about the experience. As our representatives have explained to you previously, the system appears to have a communication issue caused by the nationwide 3G shutdown, which has impacted many other industries and as such is not covered by a solar warranty. A cell communication device must be purchased in order to restore monitoring access and allow for troubleshooting of the system if needed from there. We did review the call logs and were unable to find the incident you mentioned, but did find that this course of resolution has been relayed to you on numerous occasions. Again, we're sorry if you found any of the interactions lacking in professionalism but we are more than happy to assist after you have taken the necessary steps so that we can review your system's production for any irregularity.

      Back in March 2022 I started looking into installing Solar for my house and the Sales person recommended ESP as Installer. After all approvals were obtained, ESP started installing the Panels and I was told everything is going very well. The Installation was done and SDGE has given the clearing to turn on the system in Sep 2022. as soon as the system was turned on, after few days my house electricals started acting up making noises and my appliances stopped working. I was terrified and I had to shut it off to prevent any fire. Contacted ESP and let them know this is what is happening, they started questioning me and telling me it is the electricals in the house, and they made me turn on the system again and take video to PROVE this. Videos were sent and they sent some team to check it and of course they said it is not something from the Solar Panels, then again my electricals started acting up and I had to shut them off. they refused to send someone until I hire a Certified Electrician yet to PROVE to them again it is not my electricals that has the problem. The ** gave his report that my house has no issues. finally they sent other Installers and found the issue and started fixing. The Problem with all this that I have started paying for my Solar Loan Since September 2022 and the System was not fixed until March 2023. ( I haven't even used the system) so I requested reimbursement for all these months that I have been paying for my Loan ( I was paying also for SDGE) and they keep denying my request for the reimbursement until today.I only requested to reimburse me for those months (Sep-March) and the $150 I paid for **, and every time I call and ask to speak with the manager responsible for that Dep, I am told he is busy and he will call me back, and they never do.I am very frustrated and angry, and I am taking them to court is they don't respond to my request.please stay away from them if you want to avoid a headache.

      We had a solar system installed by ESP in February 2020 that included Solaria panels and a SolarEdge ** Charger Inverter that was working fine until about 8 months ago, when the ** inverter suddenly stopped charging any of our 3 cars. Luckily our cars are plug-in hybrids so we do not rely solely on electricity to power our vehicles. Multiple attempts to reach out to ESP via phone, chat, and email support have resulted in no one contacting us to attempt to troubleshoot. I went to SolarEdge and they directed me to ESP, as our registered installer, to work in conjunction with SolarEdge to troubleshoot the issue for me, as SolarEdge cannot troubleshoot without the help of ESP, our installer. ESP has not responded to any of my requests to help me with our system, which has a 25-year warranty. They are perfectly fine with selling the systems and warranties but seemingly have zero plan to support the customers they were so happy to sell to. This company has terrible customer support and does not care about their customers whatsoever. All they care about is making the sale, collecting the money, and then leaving the customers out to dry. If you want any sort of post-sale customer support, ********************** is definitely not the place to go, so I would not recommend hiring them to do any solar work, since they clearly are not in the business of supporting their own workmanship or their customers.

      ***, it looks like we did speak with you to have a warranty ticket opened for you back in January of this year. At the time, it was determined that it was not an issue related to the equipment we installed. We recommended that you hire an electrician to investigate. We don't have any records of contact since then, but are happy to reopen an investigation for you if you contact our warranty team as you did earlier this year. We look forward to serving you soon.

      OnJuly 9, 2022 we initiated a purchase with ESP Solar Panels System/product and services:Inverter Determined By ESP,Aptos DNA 440W *** (or similar),equipment order Oct. 26,2022 had missing 7 pieces # IRIDG QMCCC-AA-12 9X12 FLASH COMP MTD.We notified project manager ****** within 4 days from delivery.ESP has not responded.The Sales Reps made a presentation to ** about the ESP Solar Panel equipment top of the line, most durable,functional to convert energy 95% 10 years from now,ESP would take care of the installation,make sure the panels work 100%,ESP would provide services with full 25 yr warranty on panels & IV converter box for any malfunctions or panel repairs,ESP is providing solar panels cleaning services at no cost for the first 2 years.I have been sick in the hospital for my health concerns.Dealing with frustration, headaches from ESP is also affecting my health.A year after I signed these issues are not addressed and the solar panels are not on.I have missed the promotional payment period.This is just not worth the frustrations!The concerns are as follows:ESP Solar panel Equipment order Oct. 26,2022 has missing 7 parts.Please confirm the how will this impact ESP Solar panels to properly function?ESP Customer ********************** has not **************************** to my concerns at all. After 9 calls, 4 calls to the Project Manager ******,10 emails to ESP email support.ESP has never responded,now its June 6, 2023.ESP reps installed a ground rod the back yard its a safety tripping hazard & not appealing.Relocation requested to 6' from the wall vs in the walk path. ESP sent reps at 7am twice to my home for the IV box setup and we were not notified from ESP,opens at 9am. ESP reps did not know what was happening.Permitting process was poorly handled by ESP man &agement and Customer Srvdoes not **************************. Bad customer ************************** are disappointed with the experience from your establishment. As of June 2023 the system is not activated and issues not addressed.Please help

You do have a workmanship warranty and equipment warranty as detailed in your original contract, however we do not offer free cleaning services. We offer an optional annual panel cleaning upgrade, but your contract did not include this, and we recommend discussing with your sales rep to uncover where the miscommunication occurred.
