    I put a deposit down for an apartment. I cha he's my mine before the move in date and asked for my deposit back. They're refusing to give me back my deposit

    On several occasions I've asked via email, electronically, and over the phone conversations with the property Manager about roach and spider infestation in my unit.
    He didn't reply to any of it and when he finally called, a date was supposed to be scheduled for fumigation. Never heard back.
    I had to buy several roach sprays, powders and boric acid to try and contain the issue .
    The insects/Roaches have bitten my sister and even crawl on my bed. Causing a lack of sleep and mental stress. This issue has been going on since July. Our rent also increased again.

    Thank you for taking the time to contact Mabry Management Co. to explain the issues that have occurred recently. We are sorry any inconvenience you have experienced. The off-site manager responsible for your building resigned in August. Since then, our office staff responded to your pest control requests. Our standard process is to give our pest control company your phone number and they contact you to schedule a visit to eradicate the pests. Obviously, that connection was never made. We called you today from the main office and are now arranging a date for the pest control company to visit your unit. We are pleased we were able to resolve this promptly after you contacted us.
