    I bought the Power Saver a month ago and I was expecting to save money in my electric bill. No it has not save me a dime. I am angry and feel violated with this product I thought that **** **** was behind this product and I had high confidence that the name was backing the product but I was wrong.

    I was charged on December 17, 2023 for a bunch of items that I never purchased. Also, The signed me up automatic membership to be charged monthly!I proceeded to call the company and they said sorry I did purchase them and I received them. I would never purchase such a scam of an item. This company is absolutely fraudulent. Im sure theyre making money off of tons of people that do not authorize this.

    I tried to cancel my order and they said they couldn't. I had not received a tracking number or any thing. After the response I received which I uploaded, they never answered any more of my emails.I want the order cancelled or my credit card adjusted and amount removed. And a way that I can send the product back at no shipping charge to me. Most of all the charges of $135.05 and $19.99 removed from my Discover Card account. When I first advised I want to cancel they had plenty of time to cancel my order.

    I purchased this on September 19, 2024 and ordered 2 units for a total price of $100.75. They promised that this product would lower my electricity bills when it actually does nothing. It is a useless device and I was scammed out of my money. I have contacted them directly through emails and at first they offered a 50% refund and then a 75% refund which i both declined and told them I wanted a full 100% refund and that I have a full article reporting this device as a scam. They then stopped responding to me. I have attached a PDF file of the article as well.

    I purchased what was advertised as a power saver, in November on 2023 and I paid $113 for these unit. This item was to save me money on my electricity bill by regulating my electric currency, so I installed as recommended and I compared my usage to the previous year and there was no decrease in the used kilo ***** . I did contact the company and I was told that my 90 day warranty was up. I think that everyone should be aware that this company is peddling false claims.

    March 3, 2024 $107.95 - $83.30 refunded back to AMX = $24.65 balance owed Qty 2 power saving devices They advertised this on ******** and my mom ***** purchased believing this product would save money on the electrical bill. The package arrived March 10, 2024 and I am her son **** who received and opened the product. I immediately became suspicious that my mother was scammed. I researched Pro Power Saver on the internet and found the following:"In summary, Pro Power Saver is a fraudulent scam operation that uses misleading claims, paid ads, fake reviews, and non-existent celebrity endorsements to peddle useless power savings devices for $49." I emailed the company with my mom using her email and got immediate response but the person would not provide a full refund and proceeded to force us into negotiating for a refund amount. They also warned us of a 15% restocking fee and said it was their policy BUT I found their website reads under returns: "No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product." So they lied to us and I included the email thread of their 7 replies back and forth with us all within an hour. I did not want to argue with them and feared we would not get any money back so I agreed to take their 85% "offer" to get $83.30 back. I Order Number: #******** Tracking # ********************** Ad found on ******** AMX charge shows "TRUSTLIFESTYLESHOP CPACIFIC PALISAD CA"************** when I click 'Visit Business" it takes me to *************************** would like to receive $24.65 back to complete the refund and I hope these people get shut down and exposed because they are ripping people off, mostly the elderly. I also believe the purchase my mom made was also a subscription with recurring charges to come.

    I ordered one unit of the pro power saver on 9/05/23 and was charged on my credit card via paypal. I have not received the item as of this date 2/23/24 and have sent several email requests to the support listed on the web site. I have not received any response as of this writing. I show that I was charged on my credit card 9/05/23 by HAPPY M3J5U in the amount of $49.00.I would like to receive a refund for non delivery of item. Please help!

    I ordered their Power saving plug in devices. I ordered 3 for ******. We received them and never opened them contacted their website and sent them back to the address I provided. They never contacted us or refunded us however I found an email through the store they sold through and emailed them copys of our receipts for the transaction. Someone did contact us back and said they had problems with the store and we would be refunded asap. That was November 18 *********************************************** a return email from them period. They wont *********** and Im tired of waiting please help us if u can ****** for our order #**** for ***************** thank you.
