    I placed an order I paid extra to get it delivered and it took forever then finally i get a message that it was delivered and nada nothing I emailed them back they just keep emailing me back how was delivery so I am filing this complaint because I know the amount of people that check on companies before dealing with them specially on huge purchases and having an F rating is the final nail in the coffin but because my experience in business and past *** and FTC work I will press on this company especially if they are scamming people the way they are
    NOT ONLY do I want a full refund but an apology or I will go to the ********** Attorney General
    I thank you *** in advance and please reach out to TV news and other social media platforms to expose this type of scams and collaborate with the FTC, Attorney General and FCC to shut them down as we use to years ago.

    I ordered an item with expedited shipping. It was ordered the 23rd of November. I today December 2nd don't have it they keep changing the wording on the status but the package is still sitting in the same exact spot they refuse to refund me.

    The nature of my complaint is all I am wanting is a simple full refund. I have been emailing someone from Wrapango by the name of *** (no last name provided), **** ******* and ******* (no last name provided), and then a generic mail box for customer service complaints. I have been going in circles trying to get a refund for the last 3 days and it should not be this difficult. I can not call anyone from this company because the phone number posted online and in emails is fake and does not connect to anyone. Phone number XXXXXXXXXXX when dialed robot answers and say " Thank you for calling Wranpango for help with a order email customer service at ******************** and have a good day". THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT HAVE A PHONE POSTED ANYWHERE IF DOES NOT CONTECT YOU WITH A LOVE PERSON. FALSE ADVERTISING AND A WASTE OF MY AND OTHER CUSTOMERS TIME.

    I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER CARE WHEN I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND ONCE OPEN TBE MANUFACTURE BOX HAD BEEN OPENED PRIOR, NO MANUAL PRESENT, AND FROM INSTRUCTIONS POSTED ON BOX MISSING A PIECE. CUSTOMER CARE ASKED FOR PICTURES I SENT THEM AND THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH.

    When I first email to get a full refund to ***/ generic customer service mailbox I was not offer a full refund but a discount on my order of 20%. I asked to speak with a manager and never got a response from one. Then my very last response that drove me to write this was the last email from the generic customer service box asking if my items were unopened boxes in original packaging.

    OBVIOUSLY MY ELECTRONIC FLY TRAP HAS BEEN OPENED AS SEEN IN MY PICTURES PRIOR TO ME GETTING MY PACKAGE AT SOME POINT. THE BAIT HAS NOT BEEN OPENED. I AM WRITING THIS TO GET A FULL REFUND AND NOT BE TURNED AWAY FOR A SIMPLE OPENED BOX. I ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL TO SEND THE ITEMS BACK AND HAVE NVER GOTTEN ANYTHING. THIS FEELS LIKE A TACTIC.

    I got a defective camera. The sim card will not come out of the camera. They will not tell me where to ship it back to. They want me to take a video and then discuss the problem. The guy who is emailing me is named ****. It's defective and I want a refund, but they won't tell me where to ship it back to.

    On July 7, I purchased 2 items from on online retailer. I also added priority shipping tracked & insured. I paid $65.83. on July 16, I received 1 of the 2 items. I immediately reached out to customer service to let them know and to request an update because I assumed they were shipped separately because I only received 1 tracking number. Shortly after I received a the same tracking # with a receipt for delivery. Again I reached out and even sent attachments of pictures I took upon opening the package which clearly showed one item and would not have been able to fit the 4pk bundle item i was missing. 12 days later I reached yet again after the 1 item I bought broke the second time I used it attached with a picture of the broken item. Each time I make an inquiry they send an automated reply to let me know they received it and will be in contact. Not only did I purchase priority shipping protection but the website says they will offer a full refund if the customer is unhappy. I contacted them about the broken item and the missing items and bo one has offered a response but they continue to email me with new item deals.
