    Bracelet was exactly like it was described. I cant be more happier with my experience with Joy Jewelers and their customer service. Its nice when someone actually answers the phone and speaks clearly. Shipping was fantastic. Will definitely order from them again.

    I received my custom military ring today from *** Jewelry and was thrilled beyond expectation. It was custom made to my specifications and the craftsmanship was unbelievable. I had to wait a bit but it was well worth the wait,if you want a custom military ring made these are the people to come to,I will be buying from them in the future.

    Great company to work with. I had a problem with the jewelry that I ordered. ****** took care of the item and sent out a new piece right over the phone, No questions asked period, he said it would be resent out next week from the factory. Great customer service!5 star from ****

    Very responsive customer service. Would definitely shop with them again.     I ordered a high school ring online from Joy Jewelers. Their price was the lowest compared to local and online jewelry stores. The ring is absolutely perfect. I received exemplary customer service from ****** who answered all my emails within minutes and was extremely helpful resolving an issue I had with delivery from Artcarved where the ring was crafted. If you want excellent prices with outstanding customer service, look no further!

    Great customer service! I had a question about one of their products and they responded quickly with specific details I was needing. I placed the order today and had a little trouble getting the payment through on my gift card. I reached out on chat and ***** responded quickly! He took care of the issue immediately and my order has processed.

    I'm so happy to find Joy Jewelers! We bought a gold medal and chain. I called the company with a few questions before making the purchase. ****** was clearly very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice. We were short on time -- he handled the order immediately and gave instructions for what to do if we didn't have tracking numbers by email in 2 days. That call was very reassuring. The medal and chain are as they appeared online -- of excellent quality -- they made a beautiful gift. I will go directly to Joy Jewelers next time and highly recommend them!
