    We signed a contract with Build Pros Construction to get our garage and soffit done in August of 2024. They needed to get permission from the neighbor for one side and they said no problem but they never did. I refused to pay until the job was completed so they threatened us with a lien on our house we finally paid and they promised to finish but never did. I call the office they never return my phone calls. This company will promise anything but never follows through.

    Completely false and incorrect.  The contract is done 100% and that's why you paid.  As a courtesy that isn't even on the contract we stated if you can get us permission to work on your neighbor's side, we can do that minor work at no additional charge since you cannot access it from your side.  We do not have a contract with your neighbor we have one with you, we can't just walk over on his property.  You guys have clear personal disputes with your neighbor and that isn't our fault.  We sent people multiple times to do the work.  We called and stopped by so many times we have lost track, and you mysteriously went missing in action with a balance owed when the job was done.  You only decided to reach out once we took action by filing a lien which costs us money to do, and we do as a last resort.  We do not typically honor verbal agreements which is what your complaint is about, everything in writing is done.  When you and your neighbor settle your own personal disagreements, give our office a call and we can do that minor touch up.  Please remove your review and take this up with your neighbor.  Thank you.

    Build Pros Construction has yet to send me the 50 year warranty for my ***** Corning roof and every time I call them they give me the run around and make excuses. The roof was completed over three months ago, on 6/26/24. I called them on 8/19 and they said I should have already received the warranty and they would look into it and call me back. They never called back with any information. When I called back on 8/30, they said the warranty was mailed to me but when they read back the address, it was incorrect so they said theyd mail it out again. I still hadnt received anything by 9/13 so I gave them another call. This time they said the warranty had been mailed out again and read back another address that was incorrect. After correcting them for a second time, they said the warranty would be mailed to me. As of today, 9/28/24, I still have not received the warranty. At this point, who knows how many people on my street have a warranty for my roof. Its hard to believe that Build Pros doesnt understand how the mail system works; that the numbers in front of the street name need to match the numbers on the front of the house for mail to be delivered to the correct person. This is just one issue in a long list of disappointments with this company. I have pictures that show all the trash they left in my yard and gutters full of roofing debris they left after they completed the roof. They blocked my driveway twice causing me to be late for work. They dont show up for meetings that they schedule, making me miss work for no reason. There was little and poor communication from the Project Manager which led to numerous visits from the inspector. When you pay $29,951 of your hard earned money for a project, you expect better service than this.

    You have a warranty, no need for a complaint over it we will get it to you.  But We will look into this asap and if need be hand deliver the warranty to you directly, but again it was sent out.

    We also requested your email so we could forward the warranty via email for your records as well when you called in and were waiting for you to call back with it but we never heard back.  Send us your email please.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    A complaint was necessary as it was the only way for me to receive my warranty apparently.  Calling numerous times over a SIX week period and dealing with multiple mistakes on Build Pros part didnt work.  Its extremely disappointing that I had to waste my time writing a complaint to get what I paid for.  My email address is on the contract that Build Pros has had since Day 1 and no one ever asked me for it when I called over the past month and a half.  It took literally 56 seconds for your *** to call me, confirm I had sent in a request to the BBB,ask for my email address (that Build Pros already had) and send the warranty.  I now have an email of the warranty but have never received anything in the mail.  Why was this so difficult and take so long?

    On 06/29/2023 an agreement with Build Pro's Construction was made. They were going to complete stucco repair and paint on the exterior of the house. This work was being done while I was out of town and I was told I would receive frequent updates about the work since I could not be there. I was given very few updates and minimal, if any, responses to questions posed during my time away. When I returned the workers were still there and I had asked about a few items that were agreed to and not completed. They informed me I had to talk to their bosses as they were not specifically told originally to complete that work. I, and my fiance, made multiple attempts to contact the project manager, DJ, but all of these attempts went ignored. We left both texts and voicemails. Finally, we decided to reach out to the salesman, *******************, who replied within a reasonable amount of time. He took note of the work needed to be done and agreed to contact the company to try to get people out to complete the work. Specifically, he contacted DJ on 07/19/2023 and the head of production on 07/20/2023. After this we did not hear from anyone from the company until after I filed an official complaint with the financing company. The next time I received any communication from anyone was 05/21/2024, almost a year later. I believe they only contacted me because I refused to pay them until they finished the work they said they would do. I was told they would complete the final touch *** and review the work to ensure I was happy when we first hired them. They did not uphold this agreement and are only now willing to complete the work because they have not been paid. They have tried to take advantage of me and caused me undo stress in the process. It is because of this that I am requesting a billing adjustment for their inability to complete this in a reasonable amount of time, gross unprofessionalism, and lack of communication.

    On 10/18/2023 Build Pros construction and I made a written agreement for a Roofing project consisted of new shingles, wood replacement, removal of bad plywood or wood, with no trash left behind daily, professional expectations for a total cost of $30,000 the project deposit was given 10/18/2023 for $1000. To this day 04/07/2024 we have paid them a total of $12,600 where I HAVE NOT REFUSE TO PAY THEM. The first day they began working on my property was 04/01/2024. During the 1st day they did the demolition of my roof shingles we had no problems. In the same day they started putting the plywood on my roof as needed; they started nailing the plywood down and the nails start coming out from the ceiling into the interior of the house. The next day 4/2/2024 I notified Build pro construction and the workers in person about the issue. The workers told me they would advised their supervisor ******** who said They were NOT responsible for interior damage of the nails coming out. The workers then continued their work in my roof and MORE nails came out in every single room in my house also the drywall began to crack, and drywall began to get loose since they were brutally slamming materials my ceiling also lights in my kitchen began to fall. I told one of the workers about the issue again and they told me that they were not responsible and that for some reason that cant be stop because of the way the house was constructed. I notified **** whom we sign the contract with about the nails via text and I sent them a picture, but I was ignored. He just told me That we need to finished the project as soon as possible before Friday because it was going to rain 04/02/2024. On 4/3/2024 I called the office of Build Pros construction were I was able to talk to ***** and ***** about the issues ***** is the project manager, but he was NEVER present on the project of our home. All that was mention to me was that all issues or problems I had to refer to Dule my sales person. ***** was extremely rude was not willing to listen to any of our problems and that they were not responsible for the interior damages that were made due to the roofing. ***** is the boss of *****, *****, and **** he told us that the company is not responsible for any damages they have made. I told *****, Drick, and ***** that I wanted my interior ceiling completely fixed of all the nails, loose drywall, and cracked ceiling that their workers made. I also told them what is the professional way to fix my ceiling; to s**** back loose drywall, patch, sand, texture, and paint entire ceiling because my entire ceiling has texture and was not damaged prior of them starting the roofing project. Its been almost one year since I bought the home and an inspection was done prior to putting an offer to the home to see any defects of the property. I have proof that my ceilings were not damaged when purchasing the house. Build pros does not want to properly fix my ceiling. They just want to patch and paint the nails. My house was not patched and painted when I bought the home. Im also concerned about the nails that come down from ceiling that can cause a water leakage in the future. I would like to have an inspector check the damages at Build pros expenses. I told them I will not pay them until they fix the damages and finish the roof. They threated me that they will put a lean on my house multiple times when discussing the issues when I never dyne to pay them. Their services are not worth $30,000 because they are unprofessional and not trust worthy. I want them to fix all the damages in my ceiling caused by them prior to finishing the roof.

    8/14-15/2023 replace ***** cover keeping my frame 2 days after completion it rained and it LEAKS sent text and Pictures to them got a reply back from him saying he would send a Crew out in two days that was 3 weeks ago and i've seen and heard from no one I would like all problems fixed What ever you can do too HELP me PLEASE
