      Customer Support started great. Coffee grinder was having issues grinding and brewing. We walked through the system did some trouble shooting. Breville made decision when machine would grind it was not doing it correctly and decided to immediately replace. Send it back *** see from tracking it was delivered to Breville 3 days later at 11:19am waiting for new machine. My mistake I threw away tracking. 4 dayslatercall Breville to see where my replacement is.they ssidthey never received it what is my tracking #. I explained I threw it away bc it showed delivered. Because I couldn't prove tracking on my side After 2 months with my machine I lost $414 on a machine bc Breville says they did not get it. Breville sees my receipt they know the machine was not old. Breville refused to help I just lose. Not a great company to work with if your machine stops preforming. Purchased a ****************** actually taste so much better and cleaner with the **** grinder. Never Breville again!

      I received a Breville Barista Express machine as a gift from my children. It worked well for two years until one of the buttons popped off. I contacted Breville and was informed that the buttons are "not replaceable parts." I was told I could send the machine to them and they "might be able to repair it." If not, they would offer me a discount on a new machine. I now use a paper clip to activate the double espresso control, inserting it where the button once was. This works OK. Maybe Breville should include a box of paper clips with their expensive machines. I'll replace this machine in the near future but not with a Breville.

      My Breville espresso stopped working after I had it for 1.5 year. I called every shop, and no one wanted to take a look at it. No one has parts or experience in repairs. I called Breville customer service. I had to wait a little bit to connect to a live person. The Representative helped me to troubleshoot it. Nothing worked. The Representative Set up a repair for me. The Company shipped me a protective box, free shipping label with instructions, and I sent it to the company with prayers and hopes. I loved my coffee machine so much and I was hoping to get it back safely and working. I was really scared to deal with the company after reading so many negative reviews. However I had to give it a try. My machine wasnt working. The company technicians repaired it quickly! I received it back soon! I am so grateful! Thank you so much Breville customer service and technicians!

      Paid almost $3k for one of the most expensive Breville espresso machines. 2 years later stopped working- sent to service, fixed, 1 month later stopped working again. They changed the machine to new one. 9 months later new one stopped working again- now they tell me I have to pay for service. I understand if I use for ****** coffees per day, but I do 1-3 *** not even every day. For that price working that bad? New one not even lasted 9 months and I have to pay for service? Heating element stopped working all these 3 times. And I do descaling every 3 months as instruction says. I will fix and sell this piece of ... and never ever deal with Breville again. Will tell all friends and businesses I know never deal with this brand. Absolutely unreliable. There is no way $3000 espresso machine made to work 9-10 months only.For this amount of money it must work way more years than that.Extremely disappointing quality and customer service. I don't have to pay for service if new machine stops working less than a year of use.

      I think Breville is not a good buy. I purchased the Combi. The stem on turntable was cracked do it would not turn. The pan with three legs had on one leg that would raise. The other two appeared to be welded. When I tried to raise on of those two it broke off. No more Breville for me.

      I purchased a Breville sous vide unit 17 months ago. It will no longer circulate water, nor heat the water. After following the cleaning instructions and quick fix instructions on the website, it now no longer works. I reached out to Breville with all of the required information, and quickly received an email that I was out of warrantee, and they would offer me a 30% discount on products, EXCLUDING their sous vide units. Reading online, this problem with the units appear to be very common, and they are not taking responsibility for faulty products. SHAMEFUL!

      I purchased a Joule Sous Vide in 11/2021. The first time I tried to use it, it kept blowing my breaker and I had to stop. I really thought I was doing something wrong, so I gave up. A friend looked at it and said that there was water inside the unit. Again, I thought it was my mistake, so I put it to the side intending to try again soon.Fast forward until now, my brother tried to use it and it did the same thing. He knows how to use a sous vide, and discovered that it is a manufacturer defect that Breville is aware of and has read that Breville will replace the unit. I was so excited!I contacted Breville and they are unwilling to do anything except offer 25% off of another unit. I find this unacceptable. I know that I waited until now to actually figure out that something is wrong and report it, but it really shouldn't matter because the unit should not be sucking water into itself and blowing breakers. I never got a single use out of it.The right thing is to replace it, Breville.

      Horrible company. They sent me a defective oven and asked for pictures. I sent pictures and the phone agent said they shipped a replacement. I then called after 7 days only for them to tell me no replacement was sent, and the defective item must first be delivered to them and after it delivers to them it takes another 10 days for them to ship a replacement. Then I agreed to put hold on my funds for faster shipping and my replacement still didn't ship after a week even though they said it would. They send defective items, don't apologize, lie about shipping and do nothing to resolve their mistakes. You cannot reach them by phone or email. They never respond to emails. You have to wait 24 hours for a call back as they do not answer phones. They treat your 30-day defective/damaged returns as warranty. I returned the defective item and will dispute with my bank if I don't get my refund. Do not buy from Breville.

      I received an air fryer for a gift. I set pictures of the product to their corporate office showing them how the air fryer fryer I had in black buckled and peeled. No response of any kind. This shows me that they do not stand behind their products nor do they care about customer satisfaction.Would not recommend this product to anyone!Very disappointed in their customer service and support.
