      We've have been calling since the 4 June2025 about several machines down. NO ONE has come out to repair them. I get the same old song and dance on top of the many lies that the work order has been put in the "expedited" category. July 10th and NO one has shown up to repair any of the machines. Icalled on the 8th and was told the 9th someone would definitely be here. The laundry rooms smell of putrid stall, scummy water. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!

      My daughter just put a load on today and the washer is not spinning the water off of the clothes and the dryer does not dry, these appliances are garbage I don't understand why tf u don't just remove them from our building! ******* business!

      Wash is a horrible company I have had to call multiple times the machines are cheap and are not good for apartments they don't fill up all the way the tech said because of too much clothes in tje washer which is NOT true my clothes are able to move so they are not filled completely the dryers I put in money only for it to make my money and not work. I will now have to go to a laundry place outside of my apartment because they are raising prices for coming out to much which is wrong every time they come to "fix" the machine they make it WORST and leave soap on my clothes. They Deserve ZERO stars

      The washing machine never gets cleaned, its moldy in-between the tub and the opening. The machine sometimes doesnt register a quarter that was put in. Although assured a refund all 3 times I called explaining about losing quarters I have only received a refund once out of the 3 times. Also the washing machine tub is very small and overpriced for the amount it can wash.

      These fools run the Wash Connect app that a lot of people use while living in apartment complexes and such. The address listed for this joke is ****************************************** operated by this company do not come to service the machines. When they do, they leave notes like "missing parts. Will be back" Or, not at all, and then I wind up with shredded sheets. I have rated the ****** App for all to see, so by all means. I have also emailed their support. The amount of times I have had to get refunded for machines that are supposed to be working is at least $12 and counting. For one person that's a decent amount, but for the amount of people that actually use the machines, that's a lot of wasted time and money for BOTH the company and the people that pay to keep you at work in the first place. I got a response back from my ****** review asking me to email support to get assistance, Jokes on you, since I sent ya that email, back in October of 2024. I put that review up in March 2025. NO RESPONSE TO THE ****** YA DOPES! Do your **** jobs or maybe just do the world a favor and go attempt to work somewhere else, since the one job here clearly is not working out. I feel like none of these fools have a sense of integrity, let alone pride. LAME. Karma is real though, so good luck!!!

      I would give 0 stars if I could. 1101 ****** had Wash machines and they are constantly not working or they take your money and dont work. It is sad that this company has such bad service with their equipment.

      TERRIBLE! I'm a property manager at an apartment complex and we have 2 WASH laundry facilities at our locations. Since WASH switched to coinless machines, we have had nothing but problems. The machines are always broken. Frequently half of the equipment is out of *******. Service repairs take a long time to be completed. Loading funds to the cards is a difficult process and many customers do not understand it, and funds are debited from the bank accounts and not added to the cards, and customers are told to "call their bank to dispute the charges." No real help is ever given and it is extremely frustrating for our residents and our staff. Repair ******* and customer support are awful!!! Very poor company!!! I would NOT recommend.

      I live in a 52-unit senior apartment complex and the six WASH washing machines and dryers in our laundry room are frequently out of service. It takes a long time for any repairs to happen. This is a burden on a population this size. Apparently, they are short of staff, as their website has an ad for a technician (for this area). This must be an on-going problem as the position only pays $20 - $30 per hour. Recently I had my sheets and towels ruined while being washed in one of the machines. It was weeks before a technician came to repair it and assess the damage to my belongings. He assured me that the assessment would be referred to the "refund department" and they would contact me about ***********, more weeks later, I have not heard from them. I've called and spoken to other representatives who assure me that they will turn in my case to their "refund ****** To date, there hasn't been any contact.This company is deplorable. It is "the only game in town" for commercial laundries and they do not care about their customers.

      Terrible customer service. They continue to take excess money from my account making it go negative. I finish my laundry with a dollar or so leg on the account and then I log in to find myself negative two dollars or a $1.75 each time. I see other reviews of people saying theyve had the same experience and reached out to customer service. They tried to say it was because I used the washer without enough funds so it negatives my account because it lets me do the load as a courtesy. Well no it doesnt. I sent proof showing that it doesnt and then the customer service agent just said try turning on and off your phone and try again. Not even addressing my concerns. I explained how the machines tell me my balance when I start the load and how this has happened about 4 times now, taking almost $8 and how its just going to keep adding up. The rep ***** help at all, just told me to turn my phone off and on and have a good day. Im going to report this to my apartment building and hopefully get these out of here. Worst app and customer service ever.

      ***************. After you HONESTLY dispute transactions for non-working machines, you have to reach out to get the money back via phone or email, yet they dont ever answer calls/emails. It is incredibly impossible to reach them. Only once have I heard back from someone about a dispute which I actually got a credit for. But then my account was no longer active saying my email was not found. I had to make a new account, using all the same information and sure enough you could see my old transactions but my money was gone. Rip off!! I hate this company more than anything.
