      I reached out to Blinds & Designs in December, had an onsite visit in early January, and paid a 50% deposit of ~$6,500 on January 15. I was told installation would take about five weeks. At week six, after hearing absolutely nothing, I reached outonly to get excuse after excuse.I was repeatedly promised that an operations person would contact me, first by Monday morning, then by end of the day Tuesday, and so on. It never happened. No one picked up the phone to explain the delay or offer any real resolution. The only time I finally got a response was after threatening to initiate a chargeback and report them to consumer protection agencies.And then came the most absurd part: They told me they had contacted me, confirmed an installation date, and spoken to me on the phone. Except... they never did. I never got a call. No voicemail. Nothing. I dont know who they spoke to, but it was not ***** make matters worse, days before the fictitious phone call, they charged me the remaining $6,500without an installation date, without any communication, and without the blinds actually being installed.If you enjoy incompetence, stress, confusion, and throwing thousands of dollars into the void, Blinds & Designs is the company for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend finding literally anyone else for your window treatments.
