  The business doesn't adhere to the manufacturer lease promotions. I went there with a pre-phone negotiated Costco deal a certain price. after arrival the manager came out with almost double the price. The dishonest sales tactics are not fair to unknowing/uneducated clients. The bait and switch method that this dealership is practicing is not a good way to do business. The final sales price would have amounted to almost 60k for a car with MSRP of 45k & incentives of about 16k. The dealer really should cease to do business in this way & should be taken to court over their shady opperations. The promotion read as follows,

  I bought the Toyota Camry SE model 2024 car in february and the manager told me I would get my license plate within 2 months. After that, I visited the DMV near me and they told me that no order was placed by them for plates.
  That is a sort of cheating a customer.
  I would appreciate the salesman Kam though for an honest apology.
  But just putting it out here so that they keep this in mind whenever they sell a car, make sure to put plates order with DMV.

  I purchased a brand new BZ4X All Electric! According to the dealership and the MSRP sticker I should be getting approximately 225 EV mikes per charge! I only get 191. I have taken it to 3 separate service appointments and to this point they can’t ecxpkain why and or not willing to do anything about it! DONOTBUY THIS VEHICLE!

  The sales manager lied to me. He said he would hold my check till the car arrived at the dealership in order for me to see it and test drive it before my final decision, yet he cashed my check right away before the car even arrived at the dealership.

  I spoke with K***** from this dealership. I explained what Toyota I was interested in. He sent me photos of a car and a photo of the sticker price. After I test drove the car, K***** told me there was another sticker on a different part of the car. This price was $8,000 more than the sticker I had been shown previously. I felt it was a bait and switch. I reported the dishonesty to the Toyota corporation and FTC.
