      Called to cancel service same day the trial started. Days later I see a charge for 39 dollars. Called and cancelled today and the customer service rep was very argumentative and told me if I don't pay it will effect my credit negatively. DONT SIGN Up! SCAM

      As of today March 6 I've been attempting to contact these people with the number which continously to cancel a 7 day trial period. All it keep saying is 2 mins 3 mins, and its totally aggravating and I've been waiting more than 1hour for a return phone call as well. Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews prior and now the bs gotta start with me contacting my cc company to prevent any further charges from these crooks.

      Spoke with someone on the phone to cancel my account. They said they confirmed the cancelation on November 14th. We have been charged every month since then. When attempting to call this month the estimated wait time keeps growing while sitting in a deliberately agitating phone queue. The only way to cancel is by calling. This experience was a honeypot with a tarpit cancelation process designed to be inconvenient.

      Based on your feedback, we pulled the phone calls to review with the customer support rep who assisted you. On the call you made to us in November, you were offered a discounted rate to continue receiving credit and identity theft protection. The rep explained the terms and repeated the offer, and got a clear "YES" to accept the terms. The second call made in January clearly requested a cancellation and email confirmation of the cancellation which was processed and sent immediately. The last charge was also voided as a courtesy.
      We have reported the phone system wait time issue to our tech team and hope to have it resolved immediately. There are times that our hold time may be longer than usual due to large call volume which is why we offer multiple ways, easy ways to cancel. In addition to calling, customers can cancel by email or by sending a message through our contact page.

      I originally used this company on their 7day trial offer. Which i canceled after day 2 of its usage. But every week they're attempting to process unauthorized charges against my account. This has been going on for bout 2-3 months. And I just want it to stop!

      I know that my score has dropped this month and last month. The reason for this is I overspent
      my credit cards, and have had to work with the company to make one half my car payment for
      the last 3 months.

      If I could give them no stars I would!!! I’ve never heard of this company or even signed up. But they got my personal information and charged me the membership fee. I called them twice. The first time I got hung up on after explaining that was an unauthorized charge and that I want my money back. The second time I called they informed me that I subscribed to their membership and my 7 day free trial expired. I informed the man on the phone several times that I never wanted this service nor even heard of it. Repeated several times that I wanted my money refunded back and to cancel this so called membership that I didn’t sign up for. They kept refusing the refund multiple times kept trying to get me to keep the service and they kept offering discounts. Everytime I would try and say something I would get interrupted by the caller, completely ignored or they would just cut me off mid sentence. I finally snapped and started yelling at the man on the phone. After 12 mins he finally said they would give me a refund and that it would take 1 to 4 business days to be back into my account. I had no knowledge of this account at all. I’ve never even heard of this company. As of 5:48pm they have refunded my money back into my account.

      My roommate signed up by accident and has been charged repeatedly every other day for 10.00. I told him to shut down his card. He cant reach anyone to cancel. Honestly though reading through all the comments I now know he was caught up into a scam. The company has tried to justify every action from the comments I have read on here and to be quit frank I don't buy what the company rep is saying and should be ashamed for still trying to make this company look good. Anyhow I would suggest people to go to a well recommended site as this one can not do the right thing.
