    The date of the transaction was 12/18/23. Product arrived in late January of 2024. The product did not fit. Contacted the business and received instructions via text message, which were the same instructions that came with the product. I requested a refund and was told via text that I would receive information from the return department within ***** hours, it never happened. I called several times and spoke with someone and was told the something about the refund and return. I have continued to call and the office is never open.

    I purchased color changing projector led headlights from this business for my 1987 monte ***** spending over $400.00. The lights came with a remote to change however, when the remote was delivered it was delivered damaged preventing me from using the color changing feature. I reached out to the company to find a resolution. I spoke to a customer service representative who told me they would send out a replacement remote, which I was fine with however when I reached back out to confirm that the remote would be sent. I did not receive a reply. I sent messages through there website and called numerous times I was sent to voice-mail. I would like the remote replaced as the lights do not work without it, or a full refund. This is unacceptable.

    Top Gear Autosport shipped me 2007 GMC ************ Folding Mirrors Smoke LED DRL for $729.99 plus tax and shipping fees. I had the mirrors professionally installed. The mirrors had so much play and wiggle room they would flap around while driving on the highway. I was unable to see opposing lanes on the driver and passenger side. I drive my 2 kids in this vehicle who are 6 and 3 and it was totally unsafe to drive this vehicle as not to see opposing lanes when trying to change lanes. I contacted Top Gear Auto Sport who issued me an RA then decided that the mirrors were not up to their standards in good condition as the wires were cut (these had to be cut to be installed and uninstalled to return the mirrors). I got hung up on several times by their customer service and management team and was told basically to go F myself. Had to spend another $800 on OEM mirrors on top of the roughly $1000 I had to pay for the defective mirrors from Top Gear Auto Sport for parts and installation. Took the defective mirrors everywhere including one of their top preferred vendors 4 wheel parts wholesale who told me they have people bringing in these cheaply made imported mirrors and that they are not fixable and to just trash them. Do not do business with Top Gear Autosport or you will be very sorry you did so. Not a reputable company and does not stand behind their products. Buyer beware. I never right reviews but this had to be shred to try and warn other customers.

    On 12/14/2023 I purchased headlights using the websites *** lookup feature to ensure that the lights fit my truck. These lights cost over 500 dollars but since the *** matched and it said that it fit, I felt comfortable spending that type of money. Once the headlights arrived, I tried to install the lights. The lights were completely wrong and did not fit in the slightest. Obviously for a different model which shouldnt have happened since it should match my ***. I then contacted customer support for a refund. Instead of giving me information to ship back the item or replace it, they just wanted me to send photos of the box, or pictures of the headlight, multiple emails just to avoid the return. Eventually they said they would send an email with shipping label however then went completely silent. They did this all over Christmas when money is tight. I wanted to report this predatory business practice so that they cannot rip off other customers.

    I ordered chrome towing mirrors for a 2018 Sierra ****** I was advised they would take 5 weeks to ship. After 5 weeks I was advised they were being shipped but when I checked the order it was cancelled by them. They said they couldnt get them. I then ordered the same mirrors in white. I received them after a couple weeks and had them installed. After install I realized they did not have the puddle light function I paid for. Through a series of calls and e-mails first they argued that I didnt order puddle lights, then after sending pictures they agreed I got wrong mirrors and would send correct ones. Then when asked for tracking number of replacements they gave me a fake number. When I complained they appologized and said they didnt have the mirrors because the whole batch was wrong and offered to refund me $100 dollars. The mirrors I ordered listed for $999.99. The ones they sent me listed for $749.99 plus shipping. The amount they offer is not enough and the ambient temperature sensor in the ones they sent me is defective on top of it. I would like to be compensated for the difference and have a replacement sensor.

    Placed an order(#****-37219210) on July 29th never received the order, Fed Ex couldn't find the shipment even though tracking said it was in **********(tracking #************) No contact to customer service by email or phone

    I ordered a replacement part on their website for their product that malfunctioned. The part they sent isnt correct and doesnt fit. They are not responding to any of the contact ways listed on their site.

    I purchased head lights for a **** Thunderbird. What I received is head lights that are way too small. I have sent several e-mails and left phone messages and have not been contacted so I can return these incorrect head lights. We are talking less than $70 total however I am 76 years old on a fixed income and $70 is a lot of money to me!

    I purchased new mirrors ************* for the XXXX-XXXX ***** the driver's side turn signal will not work. There is power in the wires until the inside of the mirror then I can't tell what is wrong. I do not want to take apart the entire mirror.

    Products are not as advertised. They are charging higher prices to add options and then the products you receive do not have them. Their customer service department does not answer the phone and will not return phone calls after I leave voicemails. The mirrors that I purchased said they were power folding, the mirrors I received are not.
