1 starZero stars DO NOT BUY THEY LIE N R FRAUDULENT. They change the electronic contract after you sign and after lying to u saying there's no electric bill then they lie saying u get ac200namp panel n put 1 and then they say u need x amount of panels n short u the panels they said u need. Then u can't reach them until irbin here n then they have a professional come on ************ everything to where it makes u feel like it an idiot because I know they are so full of c*** with every word spoken. N to top it off ur in debt to these lying scamming degenerates for $50000. So if u want to be scammed by these lying fraudulent thieves go right ahead n get the panels. Oh yeah n they pass u off to third party financial company n that's how they get out of fixing or removing anything. Look at all the complaints on here before I do business with them..oh yeah they also send out other ripoff trained employees that lie right to ur face about employed who they told e now work for traffic n when I texted said employees he said he still worked for freedom forever. They train them to lie cuz they think we're *********** r for believing their bull. Ill never be able to retire now thanks to these rip off scamming garbage. How do you people sleep at night knowing you are just a garbage business deliberately ripping off older folks who planned on retiring n you rip them off. What comes around goes around..I don't have to worry because karma or ***** will get u for ruining people's lives. All I r r desperate lowlife company out to rip off anybody u can. I'll never forgive u for what I have done. 1 starMy aunt is disabled in a wheelchair from a stroke, a salesman came to her saying the solar panels were free, he signed her name on the contract and promised to pay her installation fee. Well all was going good until the finance company called saying she owes ******. How can she afford to pay 265 for solar panels plus a 300 dollar light bill. She told the salesman she was on disability and he assured her that she was getting free panels. We filed an complaint with the resolutions team and it took 4 months to say we see no reason to cancel the contract. This company is the biggest scammed in the *** ????.Freedom Forever, LLC

1 starThis company really is very difficult to deal with. I have had issues from the beginning of the installation, all the way to the monitoring. During the installation process they are very sloppy about their work but they had installed everything and it was working fine for a few years. But then I had an issue with getting access to the monitoring (something that is claimed in the contract that they are supposed to monitor and guarantee production for over 25 years) and they are literally refusing to answer any questions or arrange for someone to come out to check out the site. I have made multiple attempts at following their ** prompts, to no avail. When they do call and if I miss the call there is no way to get back with the person, I have to go through the ** once again and it redirects me to the wrong place each time and when I get a live person they say the department I need is closed once again or that no one is available. I would really consider other companies as this one seems to not hold its promises and is impossible to have any sort of follow up on. Repeated emails are ignored and there is almost never a real person to talk to.Freedom Forever, LLC

1 starWhen I contracted with Freedom Forever, LLC in early April I was told that my installation would take 6-8 weeks. Well, that was sort of correct. It was only mildly delayed. What I was not told was that when the panels were installed, they would not be ready for use. It is now July 22, and I still am not generating solar power to the grid. At the beginning of the process, I was assigned a "Project Specialist" who does not understand the product she represents and tells me to call customer service, who in turn offer to put a note in my file to speed up the process??!! Contractually, I cannot do a thing, but I am VERY SORRY THAT I EVER SIGNED ON WITH FREEDOM FOREVER for solar power.Freedom Forever, LLC

1 starFreedom Forever advertises a 25 year production warranty, but yet my panels hasn't produced energy since May 17, 2025. I've contacted solar edge which is the company that monitors my system, they told me to contact the installers (Freedom Forever).... I've left several chat bot messages.... they have an AI bot answering calls. No one is returning my call or trying to correct this issue... I believe they did this purposely because of a re-installation fee due because I had to have my roof re-done and informed the agent that I would need a payment plan because unexpectedly Life Happened and I got behind... Then all of a sudden, now my panels doesn't work or produce energy. Now I'm paying a finance company for panels that's not producing and a regular electric bill through a solar billing company. So that 25 year guarantee is false advertisement. I have even had these panels for 3yrs must less 25.... Not to mention that the company that they had me to finance the panels through have just filed for bankruptcy!Freedom Forever, LLC

1 starI dont get why Freedom Forever has an A rating. They were deceptive about the loan we were taking out with ******. We were paying Mosaic and everything was going to interest. Our loan amount went up instead of down. Freedom Forever said we were getting a good interest rate at 4.99% but did not inform us that our payments were all going to interest not principle. Freedom Forever reeled us in we were suckers for them. We had to take out equity on our home to pay ****** off. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO FREEDOM FOREVER.Freedom Forever, LLC

1 starThis company is one of the worst to deal with. They installed a system on my girlfriends home and the roof shingles were over 20 years old and falling off. Her system cost ****** dollars and a 300 a month payment. Be very carful using this companyFreedom Forever, LLC
