    I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300 on August 3, 2020, and paid approximately $750/month, totaling over $45,000 toward the vehicle by the time it was repossessed in July ******* car was taken from my girlfriends secured, gated apartment garage in *********** by a third-party tow company hired by my finance company, [Finance Company Name]. The buildings security guard explicitly told the tow truck driver he could not enter, but the driver waited for someone to open the gate and entered without permission a clear criminal trespass and breach of peace, violating California Commercial Code 9609 and Penal Code 602.The business committed to provide me with a legally financed vehicle and to follow lawful procedures in the event of repossession. Instead, they allowed a third party to enter private property without consent. I reported this to the finance company and was told the matter was escalated to upper management and that the president of the company would contact me, but I have not received a formal resolution.This illegal act has caused me financial loss, emotional distress, and disruption of my transportation. I am filing this complaint because the finance company is liable for the conduct of their agents and has failed to resolve the issue.

We understand the seriousness of the concerns raised; however, we would like to clarify that Mercedes-Benz of Temecula acted solely as the selling dealer in this transaction. We are not the finance company and have no involvement in the servicing, collection, or repossession of the vehicle.
    The repossession in question was initiated and carried out by the finance company, who retains full responsibility for their agents and actions. Mercedes-Benz of Temecula was not involved in and does not authorize or oversee any repossession activity. As such, we are not in a position to resolve or comment on the conduct of the tow company or the legality of their actions.
    We recommend continuing to pursue this matter directly with the finance company, as they are the appropriate party to address your concerns. Please dont hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions related specifically to the original vehicle purchase.

    This complaint is regarding a material mistatement of the *** rated driving range on which my wife and i relied to make our purchase .On March 16th we were at Mercedes Benz of Temecula getting our car washed when the sales person who had sold/leased us the vehcile saw us in the waiting room and asked us if we would consider trading it in for an EV. We agreed to listen to his proposal... He ran numbers on a 2025 Mercedes Benz ***350. I asked what the driving range was on a full charge and he stated 240 miles. We indicated to the salesperson that 240 mile range was at the very bottom of what we considered an acceptable range and he assured us this was the rated range of this vehicle. Once we got the vehicle home and charged it fully it showed a 100% full charge range of 206 miles. I was shocked but decided to drive it for 30 or 40 miles and try charging again, and got the same result 206 miles. After doing some research on the Mercedes website we discovered the the *** 350 is only rated for 206 miles range by the epa the Mercedes *** 250 is rated 240 miles. The sales person had quoted us the range of the *** 250 when he was selling us the *** 350. the range diffrence is nearly a 20% difference which is a material mis information that we relied upon to decide on leasing the car. We called and left messages for the sales person and his manager over the next five days and finally got a hold of the sales person on Saturday March 22nd and was promised we would get a call back from the General Manager. We never heard from anyone so Monday we drove to the dealreship and finally met with the General Manager who at first said there was nothing that could be done because it was more that 7 days after the transaction. When I told him I had my cell phone call logs that would prove we had called multiple lines throughout the week he just stone walled us that there was no way to unwind the transaction. The transaction was a result of a lie and is fradulant.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Mercedes Benz of Temecula regarding the sale of a defective vehicle and their failure to provide proper support. I purchased the car on April 6th, 2024, and have since encountered numerous issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale.Shortly after purchasing the car, I identified several defects during a visit to the dealership. I raised these concerns with the salesperson, who promised to order and ship replacement parts. After several weeks of negotiation, the parts were finally sent. However, within one week of purchasing the car, I began experiencing severe vibrations through the seats and steering wheel, making the car undrivable.I attempted to contact the dealership multiple times but received no response. I was even given a roadside assistance number under the false pretense that it was the general managers contact information. Despite assurances that I would receive a callback, the dealership failed to follow up, leaving the issue unresolved.After receiving no response from the dealership, I contacted Mercedes Benz USAs customer service. They initially informed me they would explore processing the car under the lemon law buyback program but made no guarantees. Later, it was revealed that the car had bent wheels, causing the severe vibrations. Despite this, I was informed via email that Mercedes Benz of ************* would not buy back the vehicle.Since purchasing the car, I have driven it less than ***** miles due to its undrivable condition. Furthermore, I discovered through a service record that the car had been to a body shop prior to purchase, a fact that was never disclosed to **** request the BBBs assistance in seeking either a full refund or a replacement vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Temecula. Selling a defective car without disclosure is both unethical and unacceptable.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

    My family had gone in to purchase a car from this business. After receiving despicable and extremely rude and unsatisfactory service upon putting a $20,000 down payment down we decided to go elsewhere to buy the car. Since the incident we have been trying to get a refund from the business but they have been reluctant and done everything in their power so far to not pay back the amount owed. I have gone in on multiple occasions now and every time I have inquired about the check its a new excuse that its locked away, the person whos office its in has left early, or that the check hasnt been generated. Nonetheless they have not been accommodating or helpful in the slightest regard. We are approaching about 3 weeks now where we have been given the run around and still no answers. In addition to this the staff have been extremely rude and short and avoiding helping out. This isnt the first issue we have had with this business as well. Previously they were servicing one of our cars and one of the employees told my mother that she needs to get over the death of her daughter (my sister) and that its no big deal. This happened less than 6 months from the accident that took her life so I personally believe this establishment is way out of line and in need of some form of punishment or actions against them for there poor performance, customer service, and all around operational skills.

    I purchased a new Vehicle (Mercedes Benz EQS580) from this dealership on 5/20/2023 and within a few weeks noticed malfunctioning of the electrical and aircondition systems. I informed the dealership and after unsuccessful attempts to address the problems through manual driven protocols suggested by dealership staff, I scheduled an appointment and the Vehicle was picked up by the dealership on 8/22/23. After an inspection, the service department staff felt the car was fixed but when a driver from the dealership attempted to deliver the car to me on 8/24/23, He could not start the car after parking to obtain directions. The car had to be towed back to the dealership where major repairs continued until 9/29/2023 when the Vehicle was returned to me. The problem has peresisted and within the past week I have contacted the assigned service advisor who promised to arrange for the Vehicle to be transported back to the dealership on 10/16/23 (2 days ago) for another inspection but has not contacted me or responded to messages from me. I have left 2 messages for the Service Manager within the past *********************************************************It is important to mention that throughout this process, I did not get updates and I had to send several texts to different people at the dealership to obtain information while my Vehicle was at the dealership for several weeks. This pattern of a lack of communication has continued now despite my expressed concern about a fear of being stranded far from home if the car fails to start (this continues to be a problem). There has been a total disregard for the significant distress and inconvenience the sequence of events outlined has cuase me and my family.

    I purchased a MZB under a 3 year lease. The beginning of this year I started receiving calls monthly than weekly about returning my lease. I was told MULTIPLE times we were told that bringing it in up to 6 month early is an option. I turned it in 3 months early. At no time during the 45 mins that I was at the dealership was I told that I’d be on the hook for the last 3 months , given I was told BY the lease department that early turn in was ok. Now I’m being hounded for those said 3 months. I don’t know what changed from the phone conversation to the in person conversation, but SOMETHING changed. I’d like this to be resolved and an apology. This has been reported to my credit and that’s unacceptable!

    Purchase two Mercedes from this dealership and was very unhappy with the salesman . Also had the check engine light turn on at 400 miles . When it was purchased brand new , asked for a switch and was told that was going to happen by ****** the manger . To later find out it wasn’t . Very disappointed in them using high pressure sales tactics and selling a vehicle with mechanical issues . Feel robbed .

    On October 31st I got a called from *** **** a sales person from Mercedes in Temecula and asked if I was still in the market to purchase a new car I said yes I have about 9k I can put down he did said he had a car for me when did I think I could stop by to get everything done I said I had no car and I live in San Diego he said said he would send me an Uber whenever I was ready he kept calling me every 10 minutes asking if I was still going to go I said I still had a few errands to run he kept calling and texting me until I finally got so tired of it I said ok I’m ready when I get there and he saw that I wasn’t a white his whole attitude changed towards me he kept asking me to see my bank balance and wanted to login to my bank account on his computer to make sure I had money in my accounts I gave them 2,500 that day and I said that once my check cleared I would be back to put the rest of the deposit because the finance guy was under the impression that I would buy the car right there and then I ended up getting a rental I had told him that I would be going in on 11/11/22 to give them the rest of the deposit between 10/30-11-08 I received countless phone calls and text messages from *** asking if I would give him my bank account login and password so he can make sure I still had money on 11/08/22 he kept bothering me to go to the dealership I said I don’t drive in the rain I have very poor eye sight at night especially if it’s raining he wouldn’t stop calling or texting me until I said fine I had to pull over I wanted to go back home but he said no he was going to have someone come drive us there when we got there he took the rental car keys with all of our stuff in the car I gave the finance guy 2,000 I was supposed to give them 5,000 and I would get my car I was buying my card only allowed 2,500 as the daily limit I was attacked when I tried to leave I wasn’t able to get my belongings from the car and they prevented me from leaving and I haven’t gotten my $5000 back
