    "Deceptive Practices, Unsafe Vehicle, and a Complete Breach of Accountability Stay Away"I am writing this as a third and final public review before I escalate my case to formal regulatory and legal channels.I purchased a 2020 Chrysler Voyager from DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula on October 30, 2023. Within 48 hours, I experienced engine noise, warning lights, transmission issues, and HVAC problems. I immediately brought this to the attention of Manager ***** *******, who verbally assured me they would fix all problems without charge.Since then, Ive had:Multiple diagnostic visits Zero permanent repairs A $12,477.95 estimate for unresolved, compounding issues Engine smoke entering cabin, transmission slippage, motor mount failures, structural body damage, and electrical faults Ive driven back and forth, wasted countless hours, and provided the dealership with:Video/audio recordings of issues Conversations with service advisors Photos, service dates, timelines all fully documented Instead of honoring their commitment, the dealership is now blaming mileage and time despite me reporting these issues immediately after purchase. Many are now outright dangerous, violating safety and emissions standards.This situation constitutes a breach of implied warranty of merchantability under California law the vehicle was not roadworthy at the time of sale.Further violations may include:Failure to conduct a proper pre-sale inspection, as required for all used vehicles in ********** Deceptive business practices under the California ********************** Code ***** Failure to disclose known mechanical defects Negligent repair attempts, creating further safety issues As a former F&I Manager and Sales Manager myself, I know how these situations are supposed to be handled. This dealership has repeatedly failed to uphold even the minimum standard of accountability or care for consumer safety.

    Horrendous communication, I booked an appointment for a service issue. I left my vehicle on Wednesday morning at 8 am, it wa snot assigned a technician until Friday afternoon. The new manager has too many people booked and the turn around time is at minimum 48 hours I was told. Rude customer service. Overcharging for oil changes. My lifeline is my vehicle and there concern or regard for it getting returned as fast as possible to me was Zero.

    BEWARE!!!! I REPEAT BEWARE!!!! Dont Go to This Dealership!! my name is *****************************, I have 2022 Dodge Challenger. My car was overheating so I took it to the Dodge dealership. *****! Was Super Rude.I Honestly Dont know how he is still working there..I told him my vehicle should be under warranty and I should be covered.. he said he will see what he can figure out. He set me up with a loaner vehicle for 30$ a Day. One week later. He still doesnt know whats wrong with it. The second week Im calling nonstop to find out ***** went on Vacation for a whole week!! Great ***************** No warning no friendly fyi nothing! A week later after ***** returns from his vacation, he lets me know hes still trying to figure out whats going on with my vehicle. I then told him I have the Rental still! He told me I wouldnt have you pay all that Dont worry about the Rental Fee ima make it right! I said okay fine..They Held My Car Hostage for 2 MONTHS!!!! Then on Top of That ***** calls me to tell me my vehicle is ready, but I owe 2 MONTHS pay for the car Rental!! I called the manger ********************* and explained the whole situation to him. He then told me I will have to call his manager *******************. I called and he wasnt as understanding. The Dodge dealership had my vehicle, a total of 2 MONTHS!! I was under warranty but they held my car 65 DAYS and Made me Pay the Rental Fee! Im also paying a car note 2 Months for my car that I wasnt Even driving. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! This Will BE THE LAST PLACE IN H*** I Would EVER Go Or Even recommend a Soul To! Corporate will here about this too! This Dealership is Trash!!! Straight ********* ********** is ********* & Garbage ***************** At the end **** the Manager could ONLY!! Cut my rental bill in half so I ended up paying *****!!!!!!! FOR A RENTAL!!! When I was Covered for my vehicles warranty, they kept my car 65 DAYS!!! So they can run up a rental Fee! BEWARE!! DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!
