    Ruff and Ready Moving took on my cross country move and lost many of my items, damaged items, and then would not return my calls or deal with the situation. They also tried to deliver items that weren't mine to me. Their trailer broke down on the trip across the country, delaying the shipment and then the driver insisted they needed to deliver my stuff at 10:30 at night which meant the 3 delivery guys were there until 1:30 on the morning. They were supposed to reassemble my things but they lost the legs to my desk and other boxes and items in my shipment. Everyone should be warned this company is not decent and will not do the right thing if they lose your things. Nightmare experience. I want my money back. ***** and ******* in Claims put me off when I call and say they will get back to me but they don't. As it stands now, Manager ***** is supposed to call me but it still hasn't happened.

    Hi good afternoon. We just received a letter in the mail on a complaint from ******** ****** #********. We have been on top of this claim with this client and have numerous call and email records of our communications. We have also already sent out a claims settlement check to resolve this issue based on her valuation (insurance) option selected. Please let me know if you would like us to send over the communication and claim settlement records, we are happy to do so. I have also copied my staff in this thread for transparency.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    Ruff and Ready has issued me a check for $150 to compensate me (inadequately for things that they broke). They have not compensated me for the many things they lost. My personal things are still missing. The late night delivery I got was many days late because their trailer broke down. My desk legs and other things did not make it. After many calls and requests, the driver later found my desk legs (minus the end caps that make it look decent). I had to go almost a month without a desk and now the desk just looks terrible without the end caps and scuffs. The driver tried to deliver items that weren't mine including a skateboard. The drivers were literally asking if things were mine as if the things in the trailer had gotten completely messed up. I am missing items that cannot be replaced. This company should not be allowed to be in business. The calls I make to them always claim they will get back to me and yet no one ever calls back. The delivery was sloppy and unorganized and the ring camera captured the delivery people mishandling, dropping boxes hard with no care.  Please let me know if their is another place to make a complaint about this business so no one else has to unsuspectingly go through this. Attorney general? I deserve compensation for the items they lost and the damage they have caused. Thank you,
