    They are submitting fraudulent service to my account and no one will return my calls regarding the fraud. I have spoken to ******* ******* and ******* and they say that they will call me back and they dont. I should have known better when **** the owner set up the Patient Fi account for me. The new owner Niahar hasnt reached out to help me with this issue. Its extremely frustrating that this company does not care that they are submitting fraudulent services.

    Very unethical business practices. They will flat out lie to you. They cover up the fact that there is no return, put a receipt over the part that says this. I had concerns about the procedures they recommended and told the "nurse" about my concerns. I was told services were non invasive and none of my concerns were real, but found out that was not true. I found out that the micro needling they recommended has a 4-7 day recovery period in which your face is very red and ******. That a nurse is needed to do this. That it is so painful that numbing cream is needed. That you can run the risk of infection. When I confronted them, they said too bad. I will file every complaint I can and will not stop.
