    Review of Hilton Home2 Suites Temecula, ********** Address: ************************************************************************************** Rating: ????? (1 out of 5)My husband and I had an incredibly distressing experience at this hotel. After flying in from ***** for a wedding, we returned to our room around 10:30 PM expecting to restonly to find large ants and other insects crawling across the mattress, which I documented on video. Upon removing the bedding, we were horrified to see large brown and yellow stains covering the mattress. The pullout sofa also had ants crawling on it. One of the staff members even admitted the room was not up to standard and suggested we stay elsewhere.We contacted the front desk, and ******* sent staff to change the sheets and spray ant repellent. When we asked to be moved, we were told the hotel was fully booked. There was no manager on duty, and ******* said she couldnt book another hotel for us without authorizationsomething she claimed shed never done before. I asked if she could contact a manager or corporate for approval, but no action was taken.Exhausted and facing an early flight, we had no choice but to search for a hotel ourselves at midnight. We were told wed be reimbursed, but no one offered real-time support, an apology, or even a basic courtesy for the inconveniencenot even a complimentary snack or drink. It was a complete failure in service and hospitality.After years of loyalty and spending thousands with this hotel, we were left feeling ignored and mistreated. I expect Hilton to honor the promises made to us and to take accountability for this unacceptable situation. No guest should ever go through something like this. I will be sharing this experience with others to help them avoid this level of neglect and unprofessionalism.

    Worst experience ever at a Hilton. Front desk agent(night shift) ****** on some sort of drugs and manager(morning shift) looked very unprofessional and were rude and confrontational to the point we had to call the authorities. Hilton or authorities had no answers or gave any other option. I slept in my car and on the bench outside a $330 room hotel cause I was scared out of retaliation from front desk calling a tow truck because hotel does not have enough parking space to accommodate guest.

Our team attempted to help you the best we could in addition to Hilton and the Sherriff who offered you a few different areas to park without being towed, which these options you denied to take. We are sorry that we could not help you further in this matter. Our team truly tries our best in these situations and hope in the future we are able to assist you better.

    I decided to stay at this property only to find myself in a huge bind. The power was out for awhile which caused my breathing machine from working, my heart monitor From monitoring, and the hotel phone connecting me to the front desk. I called customer service and spoke to a representative by the name of Steven. He was not empathetic nor customer oriented. I tried to go downstairs but was unable to because the elevators were out and I use a wheelchair to get around, so I was stuck on the 4th floor afraid of what to do. Power resumed at 10:20am I am still afraid to continue my stay here I have alot of equipment I rely on for my health and safety.
