How does the Better Business Bureau rating system work?

Ratings range from A+ to F, based on factors like customer complaints, transparency, and responsiveness. Customer reviews do not impact the BBB rating. BBB also seeks and uses information directly from businesses and public data sources. Please find more information about our rating system.

BBB ratings reflect how a business is likely to interact with customers. Ratings update automatically as new information is received. In some cases, a business's grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite requests for the information.

Pattern of Complaints

BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints. Specifically, consumer complaints allege that the business enrolls consumers into paid subscriptions without notification or consent, continues to charge consumers after they have requested cancellation, and utilizes a cancellation process that is asymmetrical with its streamlined signup process. On July 2, 2026, BBB submitted a written request to the business encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

On September 4, 2026, the business responded to BBB's letter outlining the pattern of complaints with their plans to eliminate the pattern by implementing a formal Partner Compliance Attestation Program by the end of quarter 3, which requires third-party B2B enrollment partners to submit periodic written certifications confirming their adherence to IDIQ's enrollment disclosure requirements. IDIQ will maintain a documented compliance record for each partner and will take remedial action, up to termination, in the event of non-compliance, formalize its existing weekly complaint review practice into a document Complaint Review and Escalation Program. Consumer complaints will be categorized by type, analyzed for recurring trends, and escalated to operational leadership when patterns are identified that warrant remediation. IDIQ will use complaint data to drive continuous improvement in enrollment, billing, and cancellation practices, and respond to all BBB complaints within the BBB's standard response window. IDIQ will use data from its formalized complaint review process to inform ongoing improvements to enrollment disclosures, cancellation communications, and consumer-facing materials.

When considering complaint information, please consider the company's size and volume of transactions. Note that the nature of complaints and a company’s responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints. BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period.
