My husband and I bought tickets to a ******* concert at ***** Beach, ** through Flat Rate that was postponed due to the ******19 pandemic. After multiple postponements, the concert was officially canceled. We then attempted to request a refund from Flat Rate as promoted by the venue and were met with radio silence from Flat Rate. Weve followed up multiples times via multiple avenues and Flat Rate still has our $525 without explanation or response.Initial Complaint

We bought tickets to see a ********************* show at the ************************************* ******* of America performing arts Center in *************. The order number was ********. The order date was 7/28/2021. It was billed to *****************************. Two mobile tickets were purchased with service fee and delivery making the total for the order $283.93.They immediately took our money. The show was postponed and finally canceled due to Covid. The show was finally canceled July 26,2022. We were never reimbursed for our $283.93 tickets. They do not answer emails and their voicemail box is full.Initial Complaint

I bought ******* tickets in Feb 2020 for July 2020 the concert was post poned due to Covid. Following year 2021 same thing. Then a new date was set! Now concert post poned due to ******* health problems. Now concert has officially been canceled for ********** I have been trying to get my full refund and no one is getting back to me! All the numbers for flatrate tickets are not valid! **** worth of tickets!! I can't believe how this company gets away with this. They shouldn't be allowed to sell anything. We can't help her in that case. There is proof of the refund attached to this email for order ( XXXXXXXX ) which was a sale from our company. So with the pictures included I sent to you, my daughter and I purchased two tickets to a TLC concert for October I believe the 10th of last year to be at the Concord Pavilion. It was canceled. I waited 90 days. Then contacted flat rate tickets Inc and I got nothing but a voicemail or voicemail mailbox is full. I still have not gotten my refund for the canceled event like the terms said would happen and my bank will not issue me a refund because I waited too long. Once again flat rate tickets Inc is not available on the phone or online that I can see. I am looking for my refund .Business response

We bought tickets to an event that was cancelled on December 21, 2021. After the event was canceled, I received an email that I would see a refund within 90 days. Still have not received the refund and the number they provided just goes to voicemail (which is full, so you can't leave one). I have emailed customer service with no response. This makes me SO mad that they will not respond since the money should be refunded!!! Help!Business response

Initially on September 9th 2020 I requested a ******* was notified that I cannot get a refund unless event was cancelled however, I did again ask for a refund on November 25th to which I was again denied, fair enough... I have now been attempting to obtain a full refund for the two concert tickets purchased in January 2020 as I had, on March 12th 2021, received official notification of it's cancellation. On June 25th (after the suggested ***************** 90 day waiting period) I emailed Flat Rate requesting a refund. No response. Sent refund request emails again on July 1st, July 16th, July 21st. No response. Keep trying everyone BUT make sure you are willing to follow through with whatever (non-violent) actions you swear to take.Initial Complaint

Not sure if you can help me, since I am in Canada, but at very least I wanted you to be aware of one or two businesses in California that are operating unscrupulously. I purchased tickets for a concert through Flat Rate Tickets and Box Office Ticket Sales for a concert which was originally scheduled for Wednesday July 22, 2020 at the Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario, Canada. Because of Covid restrictions, the event was rescheduled for Wednesday June 30, 2021. I purchased four tickets for this event from Box Office and Flat Rate Ticket Sales on March 5, 2020, at a cost of $711.17 Canadian. I paid in American dollars, and they likely purchased the tickets in Canadian dollars. In the meantime the event has been fully cancelled, yet neither company is responding to my request for a full refund based on the cancellation. I am a little powerless here in Canada to pursue any action, but it is not right. ThanksInitial Complaint

Purchased tickets for Wardruna Concert in Charlotte NC, they canceled the event and I was to be refunded by flatrate tickets within 90 days and it's well passed the 90 days. I sent several emails and called only to get a recording and no call back.Business response

I purchased 6 tickets to a Kids Bop Kids concert through Flat Rate Ticket invoice number XXXXXX for $578.23 that was originally scheduled for 8/2020, it was rescheduled for 7/2021 due to COVID. I received an email from Event Ticket Center in May of 2021 letting me know that it has been canceled and I would receive a refund within 90 days from Flat Rate Tickets. I waited the 90 days, then started trying to call and email Flat Rate Ticket. I have not received a response through email, and the recording states the office is closed due to California COVID Mandate.
