1 starI had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with this moving company. Despite proactively requesting a quote for 800 cubic feetwell above the initial estimate of 533 cubic feetthey informed me mid-move, while my belongings were being loaded onto the truck, that I had exceeded the allotted space. They claimed charges were based solely on the occupied space, regardless of prior arrangements. When I contacted the dispatch for clarification, the manager was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. He stated that he would unload my items onto the street if I didnt agree to the charges and threatened to let another company handle the delivery.Customers should scrutinize the contract closely. The default insurance coverage only compensates $0.60 per pound for lost or damaged items, and the company misleadingly implies this is the only option available. Obtaining a legible inventory list was challenging, and the document lacked basic contact information, making further communication nearly impossible. Moreover, payment terms were unreasonable. I was informed that final payment had to be made in cashno cashiers checks or money orders were accepted. I was required to pay in full prior to inspecting my belongings, despite having received no updates for several weeks. Upon inspection, I discovered multiple items were either missing or damaged.Attempts to contact the company again resulted in repeated hang-ups from the same manager, who then threatened to return my items to a warehouse and charge additional storage fees unless I paid what felt like a ****** to retrieve my property. If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience was so unacceptable that I wouldnt recommend their services even to my worst enemy. The level of dishonesty, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior I encountered was beyond disappointing and should serve as a serious warning to anyone considering doing business with them.Review fromPatti W

1 star********. ************* Frontier Moving Solutions, American Hills Moving, and *** Logistics were all working together to scam us. The bid to move us interstate was $6694.37. After they'd received $4036 deposit, they sent men from ************** to load us. The loaded us almost all the way (maybe 7 items left out) and came into our home with a second contract for $19,200. To get it unloaded, we had to pay a cancellation fee of $3500. They roughly unloaded our belongings, damaging many items, and put it in our garage. We paid $7536 to get our belongings damaged and moved to the garage. We moved ourselves with a UHaul truck and tow dolly. We're now out over $10,000 and so far have received nothing back. THEY ARE THIEVES. RUN FAST AWAY FROM THEM.Review fromAndrea J

1 starThe worst moving company ever they literally scammed me. I paid $5500 for 800 square feet in a 26 foot moving truck. They told me that would occupy about 2/3 of the truck they came and loaded up 1/4 of the truck and told me that I was over 1000 square feet and then I would have to pay $12,000 to get on my stuff in the truck. I told him to let me measure and they immediately closed the truck and told me to measure from the outside after going back-and-forth I got them to go down to $7000 and even then they still left behind my barbecue and a few other things and and lied to me twice that they went back and picked them up but they did not, and they refuse to accommodate me for leaving behind my items. Stay away from this company. They are literally a complete scam. You will be disappointed.Review fromKim D

1 starScammers !!!! First I would like to say that the actual movers did a great job packing and loading. ( I personally tipped them anyway)I received quote for $2300 with a complete and accurate list from ****** with 2 pick up locations. After the movers finished with the first location they told me the owner advised them that the actual amount would now be $5000. They kept my deposit of $719 and now holding my stuff hostage unless I pay an $1800 ****** fee. Nowhere in the contract does it say $1800 to cancel. I checked the yelp reviews after the fact( my fault) and it seems as though they do this regularly.Review fromCharles K

1 starDON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I made a cross-country move from ** to ** and it was an absolute nightmare. I was quoted at one price and after they packed all of my stuff, they told me it was nearly double the price. They only accept cash or Zelle which is a HUGE red flag, but they already had my stuff packed and wrapped so I had to go with it. They threatened to take my stuff back to CA on 2 separate occasions after I called to figure out the reason for the upcharge. The other time was because when they arrived, the driver thought I was taking a picture of the truck that had all of my belongings in it. In reality, I was on a video call with my mom to let her know my stuff arrived because she was worried since it was supposed to arrive a week prior. Once they arrived, I tried holding the elevator for them and I got yelled at and told to just go back to my apartment like they didn't want me to see how they were handling my stuff. They also damaged my apartment by recklessly bringing furniture in.Before the drop off, it was incredibly difficult to get a hold of a person and when I did, I couldn't get straight answers and I was yelled at over the phone for asking questions about the move. There was constant miscommunication and on top of that, they outsourced my move to a 3rd party which it so much worse. To add insult to injury, there was a $375 fee for walking maybe 80 feet and using an elevator. This was one of the most unpleasant and expensive experiences of my life. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY because they don't care who you are or what you need. This does not deserve to be called a business, it's a scam where they extort you because of your situation. There's a reason why there's so many 1-star reviews.Review fromKay S

1 starAVOID AVOID AVOID!!!This is the WORST moving company in the **** if I could give negative stars I would. When they called me to get an idea of what all I had I gave them a simple list the main Jerk **** said this is a basic move and stated this would be around 200sf and the price will be $1685 so the week of I called to make sure everything is on the schedule and to see if theres anything else I would need. I get some lady on the phone I ask if I could add a stationary bike for the pick up and she asked what all I had, so I gave her the same list she said with the new add on it would be $2000 I said ok disregard the bike Ill just keep it as is. Then she said well you will still be over by **** so your total will be $1896. Im like how is my total going up and nothing has changed. So I asked to speak to a manger. **** gets on and tell me the call was recorded and I told them I only had a sofa and a few boxes. So I said just cancel the move and refund me the money. Then he say Ill honor the original price however at this point I just dont trust this company. So they kept my initial deposit of $485. These folks are scammers with the bait and switch PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!Review fromBenjamin L

1 starDO NOT use this company under ANY circumstances - overcharged $1,900, cruel management, delivery almost 2 weeks late, broken items Summary of mine and my partner's experience: Movers arrived with truck that was too small, overcharged us $1,500. On phone calls with manager named ***, he hung up on us mid-sentence twice after threatening to sell our possessions. His behavior genuinely shocked us he was unprofessional, rude, and arguably cruel. Overall, a horrible person and truly the worst representative from a business with whom weve ever interacted. Overcharged $400 after our second of three payments. Later on, our delivery date was pushed back not once but twice. Both times, the representative we called seemed to have no idea who gave us the previous dates. Date pushed back a third time by delivery drivers after they had truck problems. Finally, on day of delivery, 11 days after the original date, ETA was changed several times throughout day, forcing us to sit around from the morning until the late evening. And even after that, drivers were 3 hours late - in their defense, they were very nice guys and worked quickly. A decent number of our items were somewhat damaged, nothing major though. Overall, egregious experience. We will be reporting them to the *******************************************. Please, avoid this company at all costs.Review fromMai D

1 starOur move was a nightmare from start to finish. the price I was originally quoted was around $1800. I realized I missed some items, so I called them, and they suggested I take pictures, so I did. All of our furniture, boxes and bins were in the pictures and the quote went up to $2400. I was still ok with that since I had missed some items in the initial call. When the movers showed up almost 2 hours late, they moved everything out of the apartment. That part was smooth, and the guys were nice. Then when it was time to complete the delivery paperwork, I was told we owed $3920. I was beyond upset. That is double what the original cost quote was. I couldn't get anyone to call me back or talk to me that day. When I was finally able to talk to a supervisor, he told me to pay the entire bill, or our stuff would be returned to where they picked it up. There were no apologies, no negotiating, and frankly they were just rude. I would never do business with them again unless someone were to come to the house and look to see what was being moved and wrote a quote at that time. We feel we were really taken advantage of. It's sad when you believe you can trust people and the truth is there are some that you simply can't!Review fromMA C

5 starsGreat movers! From start to finish NO problems and was just as promised. I had 3 offers and they were the lowest price but delivered a smooth move from S. ********** to *****. All the workers were very nice, hard working and professional. The time line was perfect and just *********. I would definitely recommend them.
