  Poor Service at Legal Action Workshop During Divorce Process I must share my distressing experience with Legal Action Workshop during my divorce proceedings. What I expected to be professional service turned into a saga of negligence and unprofessionalism, causing significant emotional and financial strain.The primary issue was their alarming lack of communication. After the court returned my case for corrections, there was no update for six months, leading to unnecessary delays and heightened stress.Additionally, the documents they prepared were riddled with errors, lacking in detail and accuracy. This not only caused further delays but also forced me to intervene personally.Interactions with their staff were equally disappointing. My queries were met with hostility and unprofessionalism, exacerbating my distress.I requested a refund due to the poor service, but my efforts were met with dismissive responses and outright denial of responsibility, despite presenting clear evidence of their mistakes.Furthermore, I was uninformed about possible court fee waivers due to my low-income status. I also discovered missing forms essential for scheduling my hearing, a critical oversight by the firm.Their lack of professionalism was not only frustrating but potentially harmful, especially considering the sensitive nature of divorce proceedings. Being yelled at over the phone by their staff was unacceptable.I am now seeking legal recourse for this matter and have documented evidence of their neglect and unprofessional handling of my case.This experience has been a cautionary tale, and I strongly advise others to seek legal services elsewhere. The emotional and financial toll of their service was significant, and no one should endure such treatment.

  I am Attorney ***************************** and have been offering low flat fees for divorce for over 40 years. As you can see, we have an A+ rating with BBB over a 30+ year timeframe. I have a spotless record as an attorney. Further, I have helped tens of thousands of happy clients over the years. This client came to us for a simple divorce and she got her divorce with the terms that were reasonable in her case. All information that she gave us was confirmed by her! We asked her if she wished to apply for a fee waiver and she declined. She did have a substantial amount of money in an account. She paid our low flat fee in small portions over time, so if what she says is accurate, why did she stay with us? In fact, she had 2 consultations with me, and never once did I hear any grievance from her! As soon as her divorce was finalized she requested a full refund. My staff responded to every one of her accusations in writing. She has no evidence of any neglect or mishandling in her case. Once she was told that there would be no refund, she started going on ******* Yelp and BBB to distribute her misinformation. I am at a loss to understand why in world she would do this? Further, she states that her divorce was a substantial financial burden...but the truth is her total fee to us was $2,299 which is a fraction of what a traditional lawyer would charge...and get the same results!
