    Ordered this on 31 August 2024 with the understanding from the merchant that custom cuts need 3-4 weeks for production time. It is now mid-December and I have yet to receive my order even though Cobra Foam charged my credit card immediately. After several email inquiries went unanswered Cobra foam finally created a shipping label in late October and promised the item would ship in several days. As of mid-December the ***** website show that they have still not received the item to ship. Cobra Foam has not responded to multiple subsequent email inquiries. Am currently disputing the charge with my bank and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My impression is that this is not a legitimate business despite the ****** website.

    Horrible customer service as my order is still not fulfilled. Ordered 2 inserts and only received 1. Contacted them immediately and they insisted they sent 2 insinuating I was being dishonest. I was told I'd hear from the warehouse manager but did not. Multiple attempts to contact them via phone, email and chat went unanswered. I finally provided proof via ******* confirmed shipping weight to back my claim that only 1 insert could have been in the box given weighing the empty box and the 1 insert I did receive. Had a 2nd insert been in the box, it would have weighed 1 lb 5 oz more. They finally responded and I was told it was their error and they would ship 2nd insert. I still haven't received it or any shipping info and once again, I am not getting my calls and emails answered. I am resorting to working with my credit card company now to try to resolve the dispute.

    Wish I could give a zero star rating. This company has been stringing me along for **** weeks on my order, with empty fulfillment promises every time I email asking where my product is. He finally gives me a tracking number 4 weeks ago, but the item still hasn't been given to ****** ?The lead time on his website is 3-4 weeks total, and I have been way more patient than usual because I have so much time invested. Currently reporting it through PayPal, so hopefully I can at least get my money back that way. ?

    I ordered some custom cut foam in Feb '23. In April they sent me a tracking number after I asked for a refund. A week later it still hasn't shipped. All forms of communication have failed. I should have read the reviews here before I placed an order. I see they have done the same to others. A horrible company.
