      Hello, my LinkedIn account was hacked and I can no longer login. I received an email that it was accessed from another city and state as a suspicious login. When I went to login, my account was restricted. I also don't work at ****** anymore so unable to reset.I tried submitting my government ID but it says already submitted via Persona. Please give me access back to my account, I have been waiting for a long time now. Thank you!

      Hello, I LinkedIn account under email *********************** has been restricted and has affected my work. Now I need to remove my restrictions, otherwise my work will be delayed because of LinkedIn. I have tried everything to remove the restriction, verifying my identity but linked have not responded for over 10 days now.       Im writing to file a complaint against the website LinkedIn.I made an account on their website in March of 2013 under the email ********************** which I later changed to ************************* I never had any issues and never did anything against their policies I simply used my account as ************ day in June of 2023, I started getting lots of emails about activity on my LinkedIn account. I log in to find that a bad actor had hacked in to my account, changed my name, picture, and information, and messaged other ******** certain that this messaging of other users or something else the hacker did may have violated their terms but again, this was not me. I immediately raised the matter with LinkedIn to inform them of the breach and to try and regain access to my account and ensure it was secure. I did not hear back right away, but eventually we began the process of verifying me so they could remove the restriction, but I did not complete the process. I assumed I could come back to it in the future. Now, in January of 2025, I tried to regain access to the account again and completed their verification process which involves facial scanning and taking a photo of my ID.Their support team denied me any assistance and sent canned response after canned response that my account was permanently closed because I had violated their user agreement. I even tried to cite the previous reference number where someone was actually helping me and they ignored me. I tried to explain over and over that a bad actor had taken over my account but they refused to listen or offer alternative solutions. They refused to tell me which terms I, as a victim, had repeatedly violated. Again, I imagine it has something to do with the actions taken by the hacker, but this was not me. LinkedIn has left me helpless and they are treating me like a fraudster, which I am not I was the victim of a security breach, and should not be penalized for that.

      Dear BBB staff, hello,My LinkedIn was blocked for no reason, and their staff emailed me that my account was permanently blocked, but I didn't do anything illegal.       My Linkedin account has been restricted for twice in the last few days without any actions against the policies. For the first time I've been verified but I am restricted again now(and it said I've already submitted a request). I think the Linkedin system might get wrong and I'd like the recheck.

      I have attempted several times to sign up for LinkedIn's free Premium Subscription for military veterans. I have provided the exact documents that they identify as suitable for evidence. I continue to be rejected improperly on the grounds that I have not provided the correct documents. Again, the documents that I provided as the exact documents listed on their site as suitable evidence. The resolution they recommend is to repeat the process that is not working properly - which I have more than a half dozen times. I need a real person to address this with me.

      January 25, 2025 I applied to several jobs on LinkedIn (**).January 27, 2025 ** prompted me to verify my identity. I followed the instructions, including providing a government-issued ID. Received email stating: "We received your request to take a second look at your account restriction"January 28, 2025 I received another email from LinkedIn (Case #******-035484) stating: "We've determined that the activity on your account is in violation of LinkedIn's User Agreement and ********************** Policies. Per our terms, you agree that you won't misrepresent your identity or post inaccurate profile information. Your appeal has been denied, and your account will remain restricted." At no point was I provided with specific details about the alleged violations or the content in question.January 29, 2025 Another appeal (Case #******-024456) and provided information, confirming that my profile name matched my ID and that I had not used a VPN or proxy server. I also reiterated that my account was accurate and had not been misused.January 30, 2025 I received a response from LinkedIn (via representative "*****") stating: "Your account has violated the LinkedIn User Agreement and ********************** Policies. Due to the number and/or the severity of these violations, your account will remain restricted." I asked for details about the alleged violations, but received no clarification. "LinkedIn has reviewed your request to appeal the restriction placed on your account and will be maintaining our original decision. This means that access to the account will remain restricted. We require all members to engage in a professional manner, and this type of content is not allowed." "As per our previous correspondence, the restriction on your account is permanent and will not be lifted. Please note that this will be the final correspondence from our end with regards to this issue."

      I am writing to seek assistance regarding my LinkedIn account, which has been restricted for an extended period. I have attempted to appeal multiple times without success, and I have not received any responses from LinkedIn customer service.
