I had been on LinkedIn for 15 years, In the last 2 years they have changed for the worst, I have been restricted several times for nothing i did, and they make up stories from other people reporting whom are spammers and con artist, They do not listen to your appeals and care nothing about there good people on that platform, I am totally disguised with the platform accusing people of doing things wrong they dont do, I have had many friends with the same experience, They need to change there system and get the people whom are scammers and con artist off there platform and leave the loyal people alone, The platform is going down hill and will lose a lot of people trying to do business on it,

I subscribe to LinkedIn Sales Navigator at a cost of over $1000 per year. I was quickly disappointed when I realized I am capped on how many messages to leads I can send each month. I reached out to LinkedIn for support and information on this issue but was met with more disappointment. The rep told me that I would receive a credit back for InMail if the receiver accepted the message within 90 days. I was then explained that if I send an InMail message via Sales Navigator to a lead, and that lead sends me a connection request before accepting the InMail message, I do NOT receive credit back for the message. So I find a lead. Send a InMail message to them. Follow them. They send me a connection request which I accept. They accept my message and respond, which then moves it to the linkedin.com inbox, wasting my InMail credit, even though they responded. I was denied when I tried to escalate my complaint since I'm not willing to continue to pay over $1,000 per year to be tricked out of my credits due to a technicality. This is a tricky way to make you spend up your InMail Credits without receiving credit back. The system is flawed.

My linkedin account was paid for two years as VIP member, and the costs per year is very high. now My account is restricted from logging in for no reason, when i talked with Linkedin team to unblock my account, i know they have certain way for users to load their ID info, and unblock their account, but instaed, the Linkedin team does not send this link to me at all, and asked me to supply a kind of documents signed and stamped by notary official. in my place, it is imposssible and hard to get. But this linked, Linkedin just send to my other friends few days ago to unblock their account. I have been trying for months to cancel the Premium Linkedin change for $42.39. I have been charged almost $400 for a subscription I don't need. I have called several number which all are a dead end. There is no way to speak directly with a human. I have visited the Linkedin wesbite several times, followed the instructed to cancel the charge. Again and again I continued to be charge for a service my employer provides for free. All I want is for Linkedin to STOP/CANCEL the monthly charge for Premium Linkedin from being debited from my account.

garbage communist company that bans anyone that is trying to speak truth. They have no regards for their customers even if they pay. Stay away from this scam, don't give them your information and do not use linkedin for references as once they ban you they'll cancel your account and all your references will be meaningless.

I was banned from LinkedIn without explanation and cannot create an account anymore

LinkedIn User for over a decade . Received a permanent band . **************** support sent me the reason was professional policy violation but did not disclose what type of violation. I asked question they refused to give me a detail answer . When reviewing the comment in question . . I was not able to defend myself or show factual references . It seem that I was reported to LinkedIn falsely with ill intent and LinkedIn did not care to do the research. I have requested my contact data and a copy of the feed that got me Band . Its been over 7 days and nothing .

This business has no real customer service. They offer 3 phone numbers. Two lead to recorded messages about their address, but no customer service, and the other number is simply invalid. I had my account restricted numerous times, with no reason given. I have tried numerous times to reach customer support, to no avail. No "human" on the other end of the phone and their online "contact us" link, simply leads to an identity check. When the identity check finishes, the system automatically takes you back to the beginning of the identity check, with no progress being made in any way. I have seen the BBB rating. I guess you have had many complaints about them. What do you do in this case? Do you contact them and threaten them? Anyway, in general, I like their site and don't just want to cancel it. I'm not sure you can solve my problem with them, but I would appreciate any advice you may have. I put in 1 star for the rating, but right now this place doesn't even deserve a half star.
