    I wish I could leave zero stars for their customer service. It is terrible. I have spent hours trying to get a refund for items that were returned to them. They refuse to refund me. I would not recommend this seller. The merchandise is poor quality and the customer service is the worst.

    They don't refund bad orders. I've been testing them out for 2 months now, and their refunds policy is horrible. They constantly send wrong/damaged products. CONSTANTLY!!!!

    BE ALERT dont use AliExpress worst customer service team support. I purchased a 360 full lace for $116 the seller sent a 13x6 it cost $89 WXG Hair Store . After contacted the seller about and wanted to give me $10 for 5 stars review and I declined the offer. So I decided to open a dispute provided all evidence and offered me $8 I also declined and violated my rights and sent $8to my account. Declined my appeal, ChocieService@ aliexpress.com contacted me asking to provide a video of my complaint and still declined. All I need is to return wig and get my money back. Seller **** says free return on **************************************************************************************** to. Im tired Im going to close my account.

    I purchased a dishwasher from this site. The seller was a complete scam artist and AliExpress totally went along with it and tried to out the burden of proof on me. It was an absolutely harrowing experience that I have not dealt with before. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

    You can't return a defective item. They want you to return it on your own expense in order to get a refund. How can you spend over $30 shipping fees to return an item valued under $10 ? Plus it is impossible to speak to a real agent at all like this option is not even exist . I'll shop somewhere else

    Worst shopping experience ! AliExpress houses dishonest virtual sellers that take your money and never send your order. Worst customer service. Impossible to get a refund. Do not waste your money and time. You will be very sorry !!

    This company knows that they are selling counterfeit items and even with all the proof necessary, they do not do anything to the sellers. It is a complete scam with horrible customer service. They are selling not only fake, but illegal ****** items. They need to be shut down.

    Order the ****** fan from their site. Received some cheap knockoff that is defective and is making a ton of noise. An unsafe device that is completely broken. I opened the refund case and they're refusing to do a refund or return. Very frustrated with them. Will never order again. Do not recommend to use this site.

    My order was never sent, cancelled and refunded.....Not happy with the way you do business! They took money from my account the day I ordered, kept it for 30 days and never sent the product! You should not take my money until you ship!

    AliExpress is the worst online seller. Their customer service is entirely AI and chat bots, and never helpful. I had returned an item a few months ago. They could not give me a return shipping label, and they asked me to ship the item and told me that they would reimburse me. Instead of cash or credit, they gave me a coupon that required purchase. I bought a couple of sets of *****, but the socks turned out to be super low quality. I returned them, but they did not refund the coupon. I chatted and e-mailed a hundred times, explaining the situation every time. It always resulted in "we can't give you back the money or coupon."
