  I purchased a unit from alibaba and paid in full for the unit and shipping to my doorstep. I received an invoice showing I paid for unit with shipping. Several days later they called me saying the unit was stuck in *********** and needed $5000.00 to have it released to me. This is a scam, I lost my monies and the unit. Alibaba as grantee is worthless, and their money back grantee is nothing!

  Misrepresentation was told that the product I was purchasing was to the door I paid that price since then it's cost me over $20,000 and I still have not received the product and now they want another $****** and then I'm not sure if it's going to make it to the door ******* ******* representative Alibaba just keeps adding more and more money as I said I'm three March they gave me a price to my door so far I have spent $22,700 and it's Still Remains the scene the product as of to April ******* ******* has text me 63 times wanting more money ****** big exact because this constant harassment it has placed me in the hospital with another stroke all I want is my money back and be done with Alibaba forever when I grew up a man's word was a bond and a handshake was contract it seems like this not with this company or ******* ******* I try to get ahold of the company all you get is computer I tried to get hold of their legal department and you can't even get through everything I've tried to get a hold of Alibaba to speak to somebody all you get is a computer nobody ever gets back to you I feel that this company has no control oh who representative or what they put black and white

  Estimados BBB, le escribo para peresentar una queja contra Alibaba Grup., compre una motocicleta en dicha pagina y les pague lo que costos mas el envio que incluia los gastos de adeuna y resulta que ellos manadaron la motocicleta pero no la declararon en la oficina de Aduanas sacandola del puerto sin pagar los respectivos taxes de Aduana osea de contrabando en un contenedor que traia articulos de vestir y ahora no puedo registrarla en el MVA ni sacarle placas de rodaje me comunique con ellos y con la empresa vendedora y ninguno se hace responsable, me dijeron " ya te entrgamos la motocicleta y te arregla el problema de Aduanas " SON ESTAFADORES"

  The fraudulent seller - AA IMPEX AA IMPEX stole my money and didn't send me the correct dresses as I initially requestedmatching the exact design, color, and measurementsor accept a full return and provide a proper return address. I should not suffer the loss due to their dishonesty and failure to deliver as promised. One of these actions must be taken immediately, or I will continue to pursue a full refund of ***** and report this fraud through all available channels. AA iMPEX, is a fraud and a liar who pushed the conversation three times to WhatsApp to avoid Alibabas **************** The seller stole my money, failed to deliver the correct products, and refused to resolve the issue. I have provided clear evidence of your lies and deception. Seller actions are dishonest and fraudulent, and I will continue to demand a full refund and urge Alibaba to ban your store for scamming buyers like me. It is deeply disappointing that Alibaba continues to support this fraudulent seller and has not banned their account or supported me, the buyer, in this clear fraud case.

  Stop wiring cash to this company. If they cannot accept a legitimate credit card payment, then they are not safe to do business with. They say offer a money back guarantee but will not help the buyer get their money back or product delivered.

  I requested a refund after receiving a damaged arcade game. Despite providing photos, videos, and a signed acknowledgment of the damage from the delivery driver, my claim was denied. Alibaba initially offered me only $400 for a $7,200 purchase, which I declined, expecting a proper resolution. Instead of holding the seller accountable or facilitating an exchange, they outright rejected my claimincluding the $400 they had originally proposedsimply because we couldnt agree. Thankfully, **************** is actually advocating for me. Alibaba is a complete scam, with the majority of sellers being dishonest. Avoid them at all costs, and dont be fooled by the low pricesif it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

  Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Alibaba Group in relation to a trade assurance order dispute I purchased an ECU through Alibaba with a 12-month warranty. Upon receipt, the unit did not function as expected. I immediately filed a dispute through Alibabas *************** program to resolve the issue. While I did not request a refund, I sought to have the seller repair the defective unit under the warranty terms.Throughout the dispute process, I complied with every request for evidence, including providing photos and detailed explanations. However, Alibaba required me to pay a ***** dealer for a video to validate the issue. I informed Alibaba that the seller should cover this cost, as I had already paid for the product and should not be expected to spend additional funds to verify a warranty claim.Despite the 12-month warranty and my compliance with their requests, Alibaba closed my case without resolution, siding with the seller and denying me the warranty service. I believe this treatment is unjust and contrary to the warranty terms promised at the time of purchase.This situation has caused significant frustration and financial loss. I feel I have been misled by Alibabas *************** program, which claims to protect buyers but, in my experience, has failed to uphold its obligations.I request that the Better Business Bureau assist me in holding Alibaba accountable for their failure to enforce the warranty and resolve this dispute fairly.   Pingdu Aimeier Eyelash Factory ********************************************** ************ is fraudulent. They charge for a product that they never ship out. they keep the money and will not return the money or the product. They have many bad scam reviews. Someone needs to look into this further and take action. This is no joke. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!!

  Alibaba is a website for scammers to scam you and Alibaba will not help you. I was scammed out of 7000 dollars and Alibaba didn't even block the websites.
