We placed an order for flooring on April 5th. We reached out via phone and email to receive status updates about the product we ordered. The communication was terrible and we were never allowed to speak to anyone in fulfillment or billing. After our delivery date was rescheduled 3 times, we asked to have the order cancelled and our money refunded on June 11th. They approved it and asked us to wait 7-10 business days. It is now August 6th and we still have not received our refund. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to operate.Initial Complaint

On February 22, I ordered what I believed would be a laminate floor to be delivered decently promptly $1556.22. A week later, I called a phone number and sent an email inquiring when my floor would/was going to ship. I heard back on March 1 via email saying their vendors were working hard on getting the floor shipped to me. Ive been asked for a phone number that I could more easily talk to somebody about this order. I was given the runaround. On March 9, I received an email after no correspondence that I owed an extra $516.06 for freight shipping. I called the company because why would you not charge shipping rates initially, nobody ever called back and I stupidly just accepted the fee because I wanted my floor. Which I believed to be discontinued at ***** nearby. One of my rooms has laminate flooring, and I wanted the same laminate flooring throughout the whole of my basement. On March 11, I was told my order was in process, but at this point I had started to become very skeptical. I then started to read reviews online about this company that I stupidly bought my laminate floor from. Everybody online is saying exactly what Im saying here, that this is a hoax of a company and they just steal your money and give you the runaround. I then finally spoke to somebody on the phone and told them I wanted my order canceled and she said she would cancel it for me. This did not happen. Ive been opened a dispute with my bank and now after 120 days of something not happening with the dispute and **** regulations they have replaced the charges on my card. So now I have paid over $2000 again for goods that were never received. I have tried to be in contact with the company asking when I would receive my credit for the order I canceled in March, with no response. I am not wealthy and I really would like my $2000. I have all of my correspondence and can provide all of that when needed.Initial Complaint

***** dispute for original claim C 20240429-1319 Dated 5/2/24 Purchase from H3233**34323231323631H Original Purchase date 4/11/2024 A dispute was opened on 5/2/24 with *****, regarding this purchase, we contacted the merchant via email and by phone requesting a ship date. The original ship date was to be 3 weeks from the order.We cancelled the order via email and phone calls and did not receive any return calls or messaging. On May 6, the merchant emailed us to drop the dispute, the exact request as follows:We have been notified by your bank regarding the dispute opened for your recent order.We understand that concerns may have arisen, prompting this action.We kindly request your consideration in dropping the dispute. It**;s important to note that refunds are typically held until a dispute is addressed and resolved, causing delays for both parties involved.Your cooperation in this matter would greatly assist in expediting the resolution process.Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. To expedite the resolution process, we kindly request that you contact your bank to drop the dispute. Once the dispute has been withdrawn, please provide us with the confirmation paperwork from your bank indicating that the dispute has been closed.Based on all the information we have read about the merchant, we did not feel comfortable dropping the dispute, as we felt we would never have recourse against this merchant.On 6/4/24, ***** rebilled our account for the original purchase based on the merchants comments. I purchased flooring from Super Arbor on 5/24/2022 which ended up being delivered from the local *********** I returned 7 boxes, which Super Arbor pickup up on 9/2/2022. I was due a refund of $54.76 per box minus a 20% restocking fee and $50 delivery. I still have not receive this payment and Ive been going back and forth with Super Arbor for a year and half now. I purchased a tool box from their company at a lower price than what I could find anywhere else and after paying for the product I received notice the product was on back order and an offer to send a different item. I opted to wait for the original. After 2 months I talked to customer service and canceled the order. I have called upwards of 10 times and spoke to 1 person all but one time. I am sure this is a scam. Just some person setting at home fielding the calls. Only once has it been a different person. I get the same response every time. " We will send your request to the fulfillment center". Once I threatened legal action, there was a bogus refund email. There has never been a credit to the credit card or a check sent out.I believe from what I have read that the company deals in mostly discontinued items so they can claim no refunds on discontinued items. I did not see that on the item I purchased at the time but have since noticed that Home Depo/Husky tools has discontinued the item. Its a perfect scam. Sell items you know you cant get because they are discontinued and claim there isn't refunds on discontinued items.Initial Complaint

We are redoing the flooring thru our whole house, we wanted flooring that matched what we already had, so I did a bunch of searching and finally found what I was looking for. Here's my timeline:August: Ordered over $3,000 worth of flooring October: knew it would take a bit, so gave them some time, when I went to check on my order the link I had didn't work. I contacted them, they sent me a new link and said it would be about 2-3 weeks.November: contacted them for an update, was told what I ordered had been "revamped" and they gave me the new look. I asked them just to refund me the money as I needed to figure out what way we wanted to go, was told okay, that it would be 5-7 days.Waited 2 weeks, contacted them again, no response AND the links to my order no longer worked again. Waited another week contacted them again and still no response. It's been a month now with no response and the email I was using to converse with them no longer works.Credit card is now dealing with them.They do exist, see attached website, they just change things just enough so that your original links no longer work, the last "change" was going from .com to .io.AND! They blocked me on ******** when I gave a bad review....
