    My car was repossessed on October 1st 2025 and to get my personal belongings I have to schedule an appointment trough website but the website doesnt allow me to do that, I havent received a call or email from them even though I filled out the form several times.

    I set the time to pickup my belongings from the car. Half of them dont speak English. They throw all your things in bags and dump it on wagons my things were soaked in bleach they stole a bucket I had filled with coins and a coat I had in my trunk I was on my lunch break and didnt realize about those things but I had to tell them to give me my car jack they took like 20 minutes just to do that I tried calling and emailing about my jacket and money and no one answers

    I went to the website put my day in i want to go pick up my belongings and then the website has no time frame schedule,all day Thursday no way to set my time to pick up my belongings

    if I could leave a zero review would be more accurate to the service ******************************************************* is the worse service ever their website is terrible you are told to select date and time without given the choice of time and or finish following the steps so then you are directed to call them and leave a message which I did and somehow I was never notified with time and date until I tried setting up the appointment once again it said I was scheduled for the following day at 1pm which there I think its not ok then why give the choice to select day and time so do to this I was also given the choice to reschedule which I tried and once again directed to an error that my info was invalid so it also states to call for cancellations which is another issue you are directed to a machine that sends you back to the website that again is not working correctly or lets you select certain options to resolve issues and you are never directed to speak to a *** which would be much easier, so now I have to miss a day from work due to not being able to schedule it on my free time or cancel and now I have to wait till they ***ly to my message and see if they sent me details to be able to pick up my ****** has now been 3hrs since I have been trying to contact them to get further info and hoping they do get to me with the info on time before appointment if not I will be not only loosing a day off work but also not being able to recover my car due to their lack of professionalism and or organization and communication.

    The customer appears to be frustrated due to the consequences of her vehicle being repossessed as a result of non-payment. On Tuesday, she sent an email stating she was unable to make an appointment. In an effort to accommodate her, we proactively reserved a last-minute appointment slot for Wednesday and reached out to confirm her availability. Our agent contacted her that same day, and she promptly confirmed that she could attend the Wednesday appointment.Had we not held that available slot for her, the next open appointment would not have been for another week. Our intention was to assist her as quickly as possible, despite her initial indication of unavailability.

    The towing person got my car so aggressively, my dad had to ask him to be more careful because he heard a big hit . I ask to get my stuff and he was ok with it yet started dragging the car while one of my leg was out and my body inside meanwhile I was grabbing my belongings. Had a smile on his face while doing it. I get it its his job but laughing at someones faces that is going through a hard moment is crazy. Not to mention he was very rude. I been trying to locate my car and the address and number he gave me takes me to a website that doesnt even pop up on the internet. I need answers about my car as soon as possible. Its crazy that I wasted all day calling multiple numbers and couldnt get my car located.

    SWIFT RECOVERY ********* CITY RECOVERY ****************************************************************************************** I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service I received from your company on [insert date of incident]. I was at [location] when your tow truck driver arrived, and I had a very unsettling ************* soon as the tow truck driver approached the entrance, he began shouting at me, shaking his hand aggressively, and continued to yell and scream once he exited the truck. His behavior was unprofessional, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable, particularly towards a client who was simply waiting.I understand that towing services can sometimes be stressful, but it is never acceptable for any employee to behave in this manner. Customers should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times, and this type of behavior is not conducive to a positive experience.Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that your company is very difficult to reach. I attempted to contact your office several times, but my calls went unanswered. Additionally, the lack of a functional website or online system to schedule appointments is concerning, especially in todays digital age.Additionally, if appointments are being provided by your company, it would be appreciated if you could ensure there is at least one parking space available for clients who are waiting, as this was not the case during my visit.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter promptly. Please let me know how you intend to address both the inappropriate behavior of your employee and the communication issues I have encountered. I would also appreciate hearing from you regarding any steps you are taking to ensure that this situation does not repeat itself.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
