    Dont trust the dates this company shows for delivery. When I ordered 2/1/2025 , expected delivery date for free standard delivery was 2/7/2025. I thought this was going to be fine, because my sisters 60th birthday luncheon was 2.8- Checked order on their website and it showed order finished and shipped on 2/2/2025, yet when ****** yes, they use snail mail for valuable jewelry) tracking was checked on 2/5 & 2/6 it showed that **** had pre -created a label and was awaiting productand then for further information contact the merchant, which I did , by e-mail on 2/6 asking where my package even was!?!?!? No answer till after second e-mail sent - answer came back sorry, some c*** about delays and tariffs, and they would see I would receive it soon. I have no confidence on just how soon this will be. I feel they misrepresented shipping times, deliberately, and by using **** slowed it down even more when and IF it arrives at the **** station ever. I am totally furious and disappointed to have had to SCRAMBLE to come up with some present just to not show up empty handed with their lame excuses. They ruined my gift idea, the day of being able to give it, and my opinion of their company. I have requested that it be overnighted to me at ***** expense as a FAIR solution. Bet they blame the moon for why they cant do that or whatever other lame excuse that can be given. Sign me, EXTREMELY UNHAPPY, hope the negative karma they created comes back on them 7 fold, as it should. Thanks Jewl- thanks a whole bunch, and people out there, let the buyer beware here, and by the way, their rates for faster shipping are higher than any I have ever seen on such small items also., but its the only way you might get your order on the date they indicate. This has been a very disappointing venture.

    This company sells lower quality items at prices the average person will spend. The issue is that they claim to have a 1 year warranty. They do everything in their power to not uphold the warranty. The first ring broke just under 1 year and all attempts I made to contact them were annoyed. I reluctantly bought a second ring as it is my husband's wedding ring. Just like clockwork, the second ring had the wood inlay chip just like the first one. I tried contacting them and only received a response 2 days after the warranty expired. They will not honor it and blame the tungsten metal for chipping easy since it is a cheaper alternative to gold and if I didn't want this to happen, I needed to upgrade to gold. We buy tungsten because it is much stronger metal than gold!

    Fake Jewelry... DON'T BUY!!!!!!Just found out a wedding ring I purchased was not GOLD but GOLD PLATED. This was not in item description. FRAUD.

    I placed and paid for an order with JEWLR # on May 11, 2023 in the amount of over four hundred dollars.I received this order on 5/30/2023 and was shocked as to what these items looked like and want a full Refund as their site claims as long as it is returned in original condition!I received NO Invoice in my package-nor instructions as to "WHERE" to mail it back for Full REFUND!I filled out a "Return" form as their site as - and it states they will email me instructions- and that never happened! Why I can't obtain that return information on that site now suggests this outfit is a SCAM! They have ignored my emails waiting for an answer and when you call their phone number as shown on their website it goes into recording-there is NO PERSON to help you!I DEMAND A RESPONSE WHERE TO SEN THIS JUNK BACK AND A FULL CREDIT TO MY CREDT CARD! I am a senior citizen and this has caused me great anxiety -I can't afford to lose that kind of money by purchasing something in good faith. PLEASE HEL ME!
