      I signed a contract with ***************** from Design Collaborative Services for AutoCAD plan services on 5/31/23 and paid $190 upfront (50% of total services) on that day. In the contract, it says the project will be completed in 2 weeks. I never heard from **** again despite continuous texts, emails and phone calls. The only time he picked up my phone was on 6/16/23 when I called from a different number at which point, he promised to deliver the plans by end of day which he did not.I have asked **** multiple times to have the initial $190 refunded but my request was ignored. I would like to have $190 refunded because no work was done. Attached is the copy of the contract, the email and texts I sent for follow up that was ignored and the payment confirmation from Design Collaborative Services

      In November, ***************** contacted me about a design project for residential construction that I had registered on ***** (the professional contractor website). On November 6th, he agreed to work on my existing plans to help get my design review approved and I paid a $200 deposit. On November 15th, he returned the plans to me, claiming they were complete and I paid the remaining $300.The plans were rejected again by the city and I contacted **** again in the beginning of March, but we had to delay a month before he could get started. I paid him $500 on April 15, 2023. He asked through text for $500 upfront and would get me the drawings the following Monday. On May 5th, he again said he would have the drawings done by Monday. On May 26th, he said he would have them the following weekend. After that, he stopped responding to texts, emails, or answering my calls, except on June 16th, he answered my call at 8:07 AM and agreed to refund my money the following week for the work he had not completed. Since then, he has blocked my calls and removed me from his Venmo.I contacted ***** to have him removed from their service, but they informed me that he left in March. They tried to help resolve this matter, but he never responded to any of their attempts to contact him.I have repeatedly sent emails and text messages, but it is clear that he has no interest in returning my funds.
