June 2024, I paid RealSuccess $29,995 to join their ******************************* to help learn how to do fix and flips. They told us that if we joined, they would connect us to their network of investors to help fund the deals. They told us that if we joined, they would take care of everything.Upon joining and talking to this "network" of investors, they informed me that they do not fund deals 100% and that I would have to come out of pocket $20,000 to $50,000 in order to do a fix and flip. They recommended taking out credit cards to pay this. I was crushed. I spent my entire life savings to join this academy.I disputed the charges with the credit card companies I used to pay the charges to RealSuccess and was granted temporary refunds of $15,000, $5,000 and $4,995. I was just given word by Amex that I will be re-charged for the $15,000 and I fully expect the other two charges to suffer the same fate. I believe that RealSuccess did not deliver on it's process of "taking care of everything" that was promised to me in the seminar that led me to spent my entire life savings to join. They are refusing to offer me a refund citing the 5-day refund policy in the contract I signed. I want nothing to do with this organization and would like my full refund or at least a partial. I am about to lose all the money in my account and will be left with nothing. I wish they would show some compassion and let me walk away from this organization with no hard feelings and most, if not all of my money.

I am rejecting this response because: At your 3-Day seminar, it was not conveyed how you are describing it. Your used car salesmen type personalities who ran the event framed the dream in that if we joined your academy at a steep $30,000 that you would take care of finding investors and ways to fund the deals. We were told that if we join your community, then you would take care of everything. Regardless of what you say, this is exactly how it was conveyed to me as I signed up and took out crippling credit card debt in hopes of getting rich.

After wasting the money in your class and speaking to these so called "investors" they each said (***** R, ***** *, ****** N) all said that I would have to put up money of my own in order for them to help fund my deals. This amounts to approximately $20,000 to $50,000 of my own money. That is on top of the $30,000 I spent on the group. I believe RealSuccess was not transparent in their 3-Day seminar prior to signing up and I would like a full refund for failure to be fully transparent and honest.

    Sincerely,

    ***** ******

I had paid for an additional 3-day workshop from them in the amount of $195.00 on Oct 28, 2023. The workshop was scheduled for Nov *****, 2023. The representatives had told us that if we were unable to make it to the scheduled event, the ticket we purchased was good for an entire year after the purchase date. I have been in touch with them since and they have not given me new dates for the workshops, they do not pick up my phone calls, nor answer any email communication. I have attempted to file a dispute through my credit but to no avail.

Hi Mr. ***************** you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Our records indicate that the event confirmation and workshop details were successfully delivered to ************************* and our team has remained responsive throughout your inquiries. We understand that you initially requested to reschedule your attendance, and we made every effort to accommodate this request. However, the alternative workshop dates we offered did not align with your availability due to personal circumstances.

In your most recent inquiry, there was no finalized date yet for the next Honolulu workshop, and we understand that this uncertainty led to your decision to request a refund. We respected your request and processed the refund promptly.

We always strive to be fair and flexible with our customers, and we appreciate your engagement and communication throughout the process. Should you be interested in attending a future event, we would be happy to welcome you.

    Warm regards,
