  Im smiling so hard as Im writing this because Im so grateful all of my data was saved! My 10 year old MacBook crashed on me randomly one day and Mac couldnt help me. I tried every single trouble shooting method and even removed the hard drive from the computer and tried using an enclosure to retrieve my data. When this didnt work, I took my drive to a local data recovery company and they told me that the issue was too complex to handle in store and it had to be shipped out for further evaluation. I initially approved for them to send my hard drive out to be evaluated/serviced but I decided to do some research first. From my search, I found that the company I was working with at the time didnt have the best reviews or results and they were also known to be overpriced. I came across $300 data recovery and was initially skeptical because some of the quotes I had seen were close to/over $1000. But the results, reviews, and price seemed solid so I took a leap of faith and figured I would at least see what they could do.Once I filled out my chances form, I heard back within minutes with the % chance of successful recovery and estimated prices based on my drive model number, the error message, and how many times they worked on this specific drive. They provided detailed instructions on how to send my device and when I could expect to hear back. I received updates every step of the way and within a few days, I received a notification that they were able to recover *****% of my data and transfer it to my external hard drive. They sent a file listing for me to confirm that all my files were present and they sent my device(s) back to me after confirming everything looked good and paying $350. I received my external hard drive and everything was there. I was able to transfer everything without issue and backed my computer up. I hope and pray Im not in this position ever again. BUT if I am, I will definitely be going back to $300 data recovery!

  My experience was great from start to finish! Very professional communication and capable data specialists enabled me to recover my family photos and home videos. I thought I had lost them forever. And the side benefit was that they did for a fraction of the cost of all the other options I was researching. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys!

  Im incredibly impressed that they were able to recover data from a drive that had been damaged for over 10 years, that alone speaks volumes about their skill. Their customer service was responsive, professional, and consistently kept me updated throughout the process. The price they quoted me was very fair and worth it for my case.   These guys are the real thing. I appreciate that they offer a recovery service at a rate many of us can afford, compared to the cost at other places. I was ready to lose my data and move on rather than pay over $1000 like many places charge, but then I found $300 Data Recovery and the lower cost was enticing enough to make it worth it.The service was way more professional than I initially expected, keeping me informed of every step in the process. I have already started telling everyone I know to keep this company in their back pocket in case they suffer a hard drive failure and don't have their backup updated like in my experience.
