    February 09, 2025, I attempted to renew my passport online. I provided the required information. When I checked my bank account It showed not only had I been charged twice but at 2 different amounts. When I checked my email to correspond with Gov ***** I discovered the service that I had been charged and over charged for had not been completed. They had sent me an email requesting additional information. I am a senior citizen. The above triggered an immediate concern. After further investigation It was revealed that this company has been under suspicion of fraudulent practices.

    The business falsely advertised using ****** ads, presenting itself as an official IRS website to assist with ITIN applications. However, they merely provided a faulty template and instructed me to file it on my own, without any customer support. I am requesting a refund for the service.
