    Around Aug 2017 we went with this company to install Solar paneling and ** unit; which was completed around Nov. 2017. Then around Aug 2018 we noticed some water damage in our ceiling baseboards and our carpet was wet (have pictures). I contacted the company and spoke with a rep to send someone out to fix the ** leak. I have text messages that I sent her pictures. She sent the ** people out to fix the leak; which supposedly was fixed Aug. 24th. Then they sent someone out to repaint. We thought all was fixed. Beginning of Sept of 2022 we noticed that our ceiling was looking funny; water damage again. My husband went to attic to look; and come to find out that the company did a "mickey ****** fix. They just put a bucket where it was leaking to catch the water. They never fixed it properly; and it was leaking again. I called the company numerous times in Sept. I spoke with a ***** and a *** all telling me that they would get someone out to fix it; and get back to me. No one ever called me. I have called numerous times in Sept, Oct, Nov and December. Now no one answers the phone. I am very upset that I paid all this money and went I first made them aware of the issue; it was just a year out and was told it was fixed. Now at the 5 year **** I am still having issues. I was told they would send someone and now it is like radio silence. This is unacceptable.
