    November 22, 2023 I ordered a 40 piece Family meal online from wingstop.com for $73.57 and this order was never received order number *****************. I received a call from a doordash customer service from phone number ************ asking me if I received my order and I informed no where? The caller then said ok and disconnected the call, a few moments after I received an email from olo customer service from ********************** order and informed me that my order was canceled and to contact wingstop for details. I called the wingstop and the rep was very rude and informed me that I needed to contact doordash for a refund. As I stated I did not place my order through doordash but through the wingstop app. Rep still insisted that I call doordash. I called doordash and the rep there informed me that wingstop is responsible and that merchant took the funds from my account and is responsible for issuing me a refund. I call wingstop back 3 times with no answer or resolution to my problem. I drove to wingstop within minutes and requested the manager. I was told the manager was not in and that I needed again to contact doordash. I requested they get in touch with the manager ****. The manager was called I s/w her and she informed me that they can't issue a refund and I needed to contact doordash as I stated I informed her that my order was not placed with doordash through wingstop.com and that they are responsible for the doordash order not me. The manager proceeded to pretend through the phone as if she was taking my information down and informed me that she will contact me on Monday morning of week after she contacts the accounting department. I have not heard anything and have NOT received my refund as of today. I called wingstop customer supp ************ both yesterday s/w April and today s/w ******** informed them of my issue that I have been waiting for a refund since 11/22, both reps stated they're not sure of the time when the issue will be resolved or looked at
