    So I recently purchased a home with Harmony homes and as I moved in they never told me on the disclosures that the flooring was completely falling through underneath that it's completely dry rot nor did they tell me about my roof which I have a invoice for that which I have not been able to upload in here but anyways I have multiple emails and things regarding this issue They refuse to help me fix the job that they've already started They put new carpet over the flooring I have a 2-month-old child on top of a 1 and 1/2-year-old and an 8-year-old living here and my mother has already fell through the living room floor which has a big hole by the front door with dry rot and I have an estimate from a person who came out to give me a invoice regarding the repairs Also I have documents to prove that they fraudulently gave me misleading information and I also have no lease here which it was supposed to be fully executed before I purchased the place on their land in Casa de amigos family mobile park in ****************** I've been here less than a month or about a month now and the living room floor is completely caving in My bed has already fell through the floor My roof is completely leaking and they put a Band-Aid over that basically there's so many other things that I can go on about but I can't seem to get anywhere with them I'm about to file with the department of real estate now I just need help and they won't tell me who did the work here so I can contact them I also have multiple emails from them trying to bribe me with $1,000 only to fix the flooring which it's more than that and they won't fix the flooring after they said that they put new carpet and flooring in here and they fix the skylight where it's leaking which it has not been fixed I have pictures for those things too. The pictures I sent with you are the boxes that I barely moved in and they're soaking wet and there's damages done to all the property I can't even move in the rest of my stuff

    buyer did not purchase the home from harmony communities.  buyer refuses to work their her agent and makes baseless accusations.  this all appears to be a case of buyers remorse and dishonesty.  buyer read and reviewed the pest inspection, roof inspection and home inspection reports as well as all disclosures which covered this "as is" sale.  **** was offered $1,000 from seller to settle dispute.  buyer refused.  nothing else for harmony to help mediate between buyer and seller.   buyer should reach out to her realtor for further discussions.

    Hello no that issue has not been resolved and no I didn't take a thousand dollars when I sent them the estimate of the price I was quoted from a licensed flooring and carpet company . They refuse to help and yes harmony communities homes was the broker agent but the seller was A *********** NAME ****************************** .. BUT THE SELLER IS ***** ****** WHICH IS CEO OF HARMONY HOMES COMMUNITIES. THERE TOGETHER AS A BUSINESS HE OWNS BOTH EVEN THE ADDRESS YOU PUT IN FOR THERE COMPANY COMES UP AS THERE ADDRESS MEANING HARMONY COMMUNITIES HOMES. THE SELLERS SON OVER THE WEEKEND ALSO GAVE ME THREATENING PHONE CALLS AND I HAVE RECORED WHICH IS THE SON **** ****** AND THATS THE SELLER AND OWNER OF HARMONY COMMUNITIES HOMES . I even made a police call to officer **** of the day of calls And it was sad now there's no disclosures properly with the seller checking no to everything but gave me a inspection from two buyers before me and I was already in escrow with a ***** dollar deposit so if I were to backed out of it I'd loose that now I've lost everything even my storage I can't even put my personal belongings and furniture in the home the flooring is falling through and the roof aint no better with the water damages. I just wanted the right way of fixing the flooring and roof they said they put brand new in and they have the resources and etc . Money at the moment wasn't enough for the damages they never disclosed and the fixing they said they didn't wasn't the proper way all I want is the property to fix the damages they said they already fixed .     I am in contact with ca civil rights on my issue of Harmony Communities/South Peak not allowing my daughter to have a caregiver; she requires 24/7 care for autism spectrum disorder and a neurological condition. the first 2 caregivers gave $35 screening fee (and it was not returned after they denied the first one because she was cleaning me and my daughters trailer, denied the second for being too young (he was 20 at the time) the lease agreement says over age 18. I carefully chose the caregivers based on their background and demeanor and a good disposition with my daughter. The 3rd caregiver which was appointed by my daughters THMA caseworker and was denied. As a result my daughter ended up with a very serious kidney failure issue. Harmony Communities and South Peak are not truthful and fair to people that are disabled and seniors--whenever they feel they can take advantage to their financial benefit they will. I mediated with them to leave the trailer park within defined times as I am not comfortable with the harassment both I and my daughter have received. I have agreed to sell my trailer by a certain date, but I was told yesterday that the rent space would go from current $767 to $1595 which would prohibit the sale as that is not competitive with other rents in the area (others less than $1,000) it is unreasonable. The lease agreement spells out their price increase and mentions that it must be reasonable. **** **** the attorney for HC and myself have mediated an agreement, however, she changed the written proposal to bully me into a sale of my trailer to $14,000 - not what was discussed. She has refused to provide the last written proposal that she wrote up--refused to send to my attorney as well. I would take at least $50,000 loss with the new rent space and the reputation that they are getting.

    There have been multiple residents without power since Monday morning at 1:30am. The management told us it would be fixed same day. At the end of the day management comes and tells us that there will be no power for the rest of the night. Its winter and freezing at night and some residents have babies. They have not suggested to go to a hotel paid by them. I also called corporate today and they stated " power will be back on today", and when i asked for an email stating this, the manager from corporate stated " i can't send that to you". We still have no power. He was rude. This whole corporation is crooked. They have been sued multiple times. Please look into their business, its shady. I want my rent credited for having to stay in my house with no power, cold showers, no stove, all my food is ruined in my refrigerator and freezer and its freezing at night.

    I am rejecting this response because: I received three calls from a man at Harmony Community last night at 5:24pm, and three calls at 5:25pm from the same person. They did not identify themselves, however they called me a "cunt, and a bitch", and they also threatened me, stating "we are raising your rent by $1500 dollars, you better watch out", so they are the ones with a "foul mouth". Their response is very elementary. I called ************************ and filed a complaint. Incident # **********. I also called my phone carrier and asked them for my phone records because when you call from a blocked number, the actual phone number comes up on phone records, so those are being sent to me so I can turn them into the police, to identify the male individual who made these threatening calls. Mind you my *************************************************** the car. VERY ************** as a company. My attorney is also aware of this matter. If you look this corporation up on line, they are numerous lawsuits and complaints. We pay space rent and haven't had access to our pool all summer, and we have a gym but have no access, and now we were out of power for multiple days, no offering of refund for groceries or to place us in a habitable environment.

    I bought a mobile home in January 2022 and this company that sold me the home will not fill out any forms to transfer the title. I have contacted the business several times now with ***/*** and am given the excuse the representative that you worked with has been promoted and is no longer in the office and we are unaware of the case. I have paid all back taxes owed totaling $2898 and yet the mobile home owner is still listed as ****************************** (AKA Harmony Communities Mobile Home Parks) on the ********* tax bill. I just wish to receive the clear title to what is rightfully mine.

    you will need to order a new tax clearance certificate from the county.  At the same time email ***********************************************************************.  He can send you a new fully executed multi purpose transfer form since it looks like your prior bill fo sale may have gone stale.  You should also call HCD registration and titling division to inquire as to what other paperwork they might need from you.  Once you have your paperwork in order, we recommend you walk the form in(over the county) to *** in **********.

    Good morning,

    Per your email below (reference ID of 186390), I would like to reject the business response. Harmony did sign off the mobile home title to me after three years on 2/25/2025, but not before I had to pay almost $13** in delinquent taxes and an UNDISCLOSED tax lien that was incurred before my purchase. I do not feel this is my tax liability as I did not purchase the mobile until January 31, 2022. I would like reimbursement in the amount of 1283.84.  

    In order to obtain the Tax Clearance Certificate from ************* to apply for the title to my mobile home I was required to pay the delinquent taxes on Assessment #***-**0-264-**0 and #***-**-264-1** for the tax years 2020 and 2021. I did not purchase the mobile home from Harmony (then *************************) until January 31, 2022. The owner listed on the tax bill for both of those years was ****************************** (Harmony). When I purchased the mobile home, I was not informed there were any liens against it. The total taxes for 2020 and 2021 including penalties for delinquency was $1283.84. I have attached the documentation for this. I have attached proof that this amount was paid on 7/29/24 at the ********* tax assessor's office. My daughter, ***** *******, has contacted ****** ******* at Harmony via email (***********************************************************************) and phone ************ regarding a reimbursement. He did not return her messages. I'm hopeful you'll reopen the claim.  

    Harmony's truncated response from 2/17/25 is below.  They did not mention having to submit a tax clearance certificate that would show all back taxes have been paid including theirs.

    I did not purchase the mobile home until January 2022.  I was required to pay the delinquent taxes for 2020 and 2021 to obtain a current tax clearance certificate to obtain the title from Housing and ********************** I was not informed there was a tax lien on the mobile home when I went to ******** to sign the papers in 2022 (of which I did not receive a copy.  They said they would mail them).  I was not provided a tax clearance certificate at the time of my purchase.  I would like a reimbursement in the amount of $1283.84.  As noted, the tax bill was in the name of *******************************

    In July 2024, I was reviewing home listings in ******, **. I came across a cute little modular home and called my Realtor. It took many days for someone to contact us back. Finally they did but we were basically on our own as they didn't want to deal with my Realtor. They sent a contract a few times, with no explanation, and my name was not on it, was told to write it in. Could barely get ahold of anyone. Still thought it was a good deal so persevered. Wired $1,000 (should have listened to my heart and not done that). About to sign papers and just happened to ask where the exact property lines were. Well it is NOTHING like what the listing or advertising shows whatsoever. It is basically the width of a couch cushion on both sides, that is all. The advertising shows a long driveway, a tree, and a small yard (would be nice!). In reality, that is not what they are selling. I just happened to ask that at the 11th hour. Of course, that changes everything as there would be one parking spot only in front of the house, and one spot in guest parking (which was told to me under very hostile terms). I cancelled the sale, and I politely asked for my money back. They are saying they will not give me my money back and keep sending harassing emails trying to state I was not misled, there was no false info, etc. Yes there is. I deposited that money into Escrow account under false information, and I feel it should be given back to me as the transaction is cancelled and that was a good faith deposit based on buying the home, which I am not doing.

You have a D+ rating on BBB, you have nothing but 1 star reviews on everything, and no one cares!!! This business model is destined for total failure. You seem to love arguing and lying. There was no games played ever and I would gladly move on once you return my money!

    I bought a mobile on the word of the park manager that it was in great condition. I later found out half the roof collapsed and work was done without permits and without disclosing the damage. I had no heat for the first 3 months. Most outlets in the house didnt work. No insulation due to the damage. They didnt file a tax certification when I purchased the mobile and due to that I am supposed to pay $4500 in back taxes. They will not take responsibility for any of their actions. I cant sell a mobile in this condition and yet I am still having to pay 650 a month. Which is supposed to include water sewer and garbage but they also charge separately for them.

    On September ********************************************* front of my kitchen window blocking the light coming in and a major construction project started on an abandoned house literally inches away from my bedroom window the loud noise from the power tools and the banging and yelling from the workers can go on sometimes for 7 to 10 hours 3-4 days a week its making living here miserable and completely invading my privacy and my stress level is pushed to the limit It looks like this construction will continue into next year.I have both spinocerebellar ataxia and insomnia I try to get some sleep during the day but the noise makes this impossible I have asked the people who own this park if I could at least be compensated by reducing my rent, they said we own the park and we can do anything we want..

    there is no way this construction is going to end in a month there is no water or plumbing or power  Connections to this unit yet 
    it would take a monumental effort to be done in four or five weeks I think 7 to 12 months is a more realistic estimate.  Harmony propertys has no consideration for their tenants they just run over people when it suits them

    I bought a mobile home in May 2023 and the company that sold me the home will not fill out any forms to transfer the title. I have contacted the business several times now and am given the excuse of The representative that you have been working with is out of the office and I do not know when she will be back. She does check her emails and I do not know when she will get back to you. I need my title to qualify for an energy discount on my bill as I am a single mother of two children, one is completely disabled.

    Hello,

    the forms were mailed to the resident June 9th 2023.  She called last week to state that she never received them.  they were re-mailed to her on Friday.  we can't submit the forms on her behalf to the state as she requested since she needs to sign the documents.
