    The date of this transaction was on March 19th 2025. The amount of this purchase/order was $800. The business's policy guaranteed at a 21-day business turnaround. After that 21 days passed I reached out to the business multiple times and continue to get excuses on why my order has not been fulfilled. I've gotten multiple text messages stating that my order would be done that week or the next week of our conversation and when those dates arrived I heard nothing from the business or it's owner. It is now June 18th 2025 and I still haven't received my order.

    on april 11 2023 i placed an order with the stated company and was told it would take two to three weeks to complete, here it is aug 11 and i have not received the order. i have driven to the shop several times only to be told it'll be done by the end of the week and it never is. i have lost pre orders due to being given the run around, and driving there because i can't get a response on the phone or email, only to be lied to. I paid them $740.11 four months ago and i have lost money due to the way this company handles business. i want a refund or my merchandise i ordered this company has put my small business in a hole and I have lost customers due to their inability to conduct business or communicate

    I reached out to Cre8 *********************************************** for a custom order of shirts that i wanted made for my business. I paid them to do the job right away and in their contract it states that my order can be completed between 3 weeks or up to a month. Im going on two months without receiving any updates on my order.I called them multiple times and they give me a different story in regards to my order.Last time i spoke to the owner he mentioned that my order has been completed 3 weeks ago and he doesnt know whyi havent gotten my order yetthey intentionally dont pick up my calls at times and if they do pick up my call it a different story every time. If i would have known this is how they conduct business i would have never send the my hard earned money to complete something they arent completing. Other times the owner tells me for me to email him and he never responds back. im a business owner myself and this is really frustrating that im being treated this way for something i paid for and still have yet to receive my shirts.At this point i no longer what to do business with them and would like my refund. if i do not receive my refund i will have my lawyer contact them and i will make sure to get my money back. .

    I paid Cre8 Printing to print 100 shirts in November of 2021. I waited until March of 2022 to follow up about my order. I was assured that it was in the process of being printed & should be shipped out shortly. After months of occasional followups I was met with different excuses or no response. I've followed up most recently in January & was met with no response. I am now seeking further action to be refunded.Attached are correspondence from different dates between the ************* and other reviews about the business. My job has never been completed.

    On June 14, 2022, we made an order of $1,267.13 for 3 sets of 25 shirts with Cre8 Printing and Design. According to their policy: Depending on the printing process used and size of the order, our turnaround time for most orders are usually between **** business days from the day the invoice is paid and artwork is approved, this is an estimated time frame and not a guarantee. Orders must be paid off in full before any portion of the order is released to the customer. We checked in with the store on several occasions to receive and update about our order; we sent an email 6/27 and heard back on 7/6 that our order was in production and will be shipped immediately. We reached out again on 7/11 and 7/12 for updates and were told we would receive them ASAP. We reached out again 7/18 and 7/20 and heard back saying that the items would be shipped asap. We reached out again 7/28, 8/2, and 8/9, with no response. We then asked for a full refund given that we never received our product. The owner asked us to call and we then proceeded to talk on the phone. They had mentioned that they did not have one of the shirt colors we needed, and that they ordered them and will get us our order by the next week. We then called almost every single day for the rest of the month, with no answer. We then reached out in early September and were told we would get it by the end of the week, that we were the next order. We are on 9/27, more than 3 months after ordering the shirts, and have not gotten our products or money back. We have called everyday of the week for the last month, with no answer or response from the owner. We are not sure what we need to do to either get the product or money back. We understand that COVID can put a stress on supply chains, and that it can also be tough with shortage of workers, but we expect at least some sort of communication and consistency in what is being told.

    Hello,Placed an order with this company for 24 DTG shirts. Quoted a price of $900. Paid the invoice on June 5, 2022. Told a turnaround time of "about 3 weeks". ******* says the same. It has been three months and I still have not received 24 t shirts. Reached out via email to the company and get nothing but the run around. Told there was a delay on August 1, 2022 and that my order would be shipped out by the end of that week. Fast forward to September 7, 2022 and I still haven't received my shirts. Reached out again, was told about staff changes being the reason for delay. They asked for invoice to check where it's at in production line and to speed things up. I responded with the invoice number and it has been two weeks since then with no response from them. They are giving me the run around. The initial correspondence before invoice was paid was prompt. After paying invoice they've given me no product in a timely fashion, the run around in regards to what is the hold up, and the communication has been sub par at best. I would like my money back or my shirts, the exact way that I ordered them also. I have attached a screenshot of the invoice.
