    I hired *************************** under Golden State Drafting and Design to assist with Blueprints for a home project addition. I have been having issues with the way the plans are where companies have turned me away stating the plans are vague and dont show code guidelines. I paid ***** $2300 and he stated he would help me update plans if needed and assist until final inspection is approved. I recently requested some changes on the plans since he previously did offer to assist if help was needed. On September 7th we spoke i emailed the changes i needed and also over the phone spoke regarding the changes and he agreed to send them to me. i have contacted him multiple times since then by phone and text and most of my text and calls are not answered. the times he answers he promises to have blue prints ready but the day comes and i dont hear from him then i call him and he gives me new dates there have been 4 dates and they are not provided when he tells me. He went without answering calls or text for over a week. I have canceled workers on the project and i am loosing time by waiting. The last call was Oct 3rd and he sated he had to charge me an additional fee of $460 and all along he never mentioned it and now he is not answering phone calls or text. I called the city and they sated i would have to start from scratch and pay for new blue prints or talk to him. Please help me with this matter. License number *******. Thank you,

    Attached are the documents where i have tried to reach out multiple times after he has promised to have updates ready. I have told him that i am loosing time and money because due to him promising blue prints i plan in advance and schedule workers and have to cancel them due to him not responding. Also for a whole month he sated the changes could be done and never mentioned a fee then at the end he mentioned that a fee would be charged because he would send them to a 3rd party when all along he didn't mention it. After a call with him then he stated a fee would not be charged and he would waive it and send the blue prints on Monday Oct 3rd and since then nothing has been received and he has not answered calls or text. thank you.
