    I paid the contractor (AG Family) in full for landscaping work on my property. The owner (******* *******) told me the work had been completed and issued me an invoice for this work which I paid. I later found out the work was only about 90% complete. I alerted the contractor in July that the work was incomplete and later in August he advised he had finished the job and issued another invoice for a couple items that he had not previously billed me on. Again he promised the work was complete so I paid the invoice. In late September I learn the work had not been completed in full and only one of the approximate 5 open items had been finished. I again alerted him a week or so later and he promised to contact me and advise when he would go and finish the job, which would be within the next week. Since that time he has not contacted me nor responded to any of my emails or text messages, nor the Zelle payment request I sent him. I calculate the calculate the cost of the unfinished work to be $220 for labor and materials. I am seeking the BBB's help in recovering this amount as it has long since been paid for and the contractor is no longer responding to me despite numerous attempts (I have documentation).
