      I purchased an Atn sight x 4k pro last January. In March of the same year it had to be rebuilt and a new motherboard was installed. Now it needs to be rebuilt again with not being a year old yet. I spent $799 plus tax. It costs me more money everytime I have to sight my scope in again. There's known issues with their products and customer service is horrible spoke with someone twice and had to ask if they were there multiple times when I pointed out what they were saying points to well known issues.

      Purchased the ATN Thor 5 LRF 5x40 **** scope. The scope is utter garbage and nothing like they advertise. I spent $5,000 on this item and it doesn't work they say it does and has major problems. I purchased this scope in Septemeber/October 2023. Received it in November 2023 and it was faulty right out of the box. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps and this scope worked like garbage. I have purchased other scopes from ATN and this scope is not even close to what is advertised. I can't zoom in and see anything because the image is so pixelated and the image has these weird lines running through it. I contacted ATN and they said it must be a hardware issue and to send the scope back. I sent the scope back and instead of addressing the problem, they simply sent me a new scope, which worked even worse. The new scope froze on the first use. Second, the replacement scope had the exact same problems, but had new problems. This scope had the same weird lines that ran through the image, but this time had weird pixelated distortions through the image, and this persisted even after doing a reset and doing an auto pixel correction. And then I attempt to connect to the scope wifi to take screenshots of what I am seeing, and low and behold, that doesn't work either. I've used Thor scopes for years, so I know how to use them. This is not my first rodeo. I was able to connect to the wifi signal one time, but when I attempt to connect to the scope through the app it just disconnects and stops working. This is the second scope ATN has sent me. This scope has major problems in general and doesn't even come close to doing what ATN says it does. This is not a **** scope. My 640 Thor 4 works better than this garbage Thor 5 scope. I have attached screenshots of all of the products I have purchased from ATN, with the garbag Thor 5 scope being in screenshot 1. I want everything refunded, which includes the scope and the accessories I bought for this pile of garbage.

      I am rejecting this response because all you said is that you would contact me. Nothing has been fixed yet. I attached the defect photos and some of the screenshots I took of the app showing the app doesn't work either so I can't connect to the streaming of the scope to see if the defect shows up there. What I was forced to do is go outside for a half an trying to get my phone to focus on the display inside of the scope eye piece to document the problem and have proof of the problem. The two defect photos show the problem. The Defect 1 Pic clearly shows the problem and the second picture is supposed to show how the defect just gets bigger when you zoom in. The second defect pic kind of captures that. It's just very hard to take pictures through the eyepiece of a scope with a phone. 

      So far nothing has been resolved. All I got was in email saying please send your $7,100 paperweight back to us. Sending the scope back doesn't resolve anything. The fact that two scopes had the same problem means there is highly likely a defect in this extremely expensive scope, did I mention I paid $7,100 for it. For that kind of money this thing should just work at least the way it was advertised.

      While looking on their website, I noticed a promotion to receive a code for $50 off a purchase (with no other information or disclaimers) if I sign up for promotional texts. After doing so, I received a message saying I'd need to contact customer service in order to get the code. I sent a few emails to their support account and heard nothing there. When I called, I was informed that it only applied to scopes, and not any of their accessories. This was not previously stated anywhere. ******* said they have it set up that way so you have to call in and place the order over the phone rather than online. I'm not an expert but this seems like false advertising and the whole process was very misleading and in poor taste. I'm not sure what -if anything- you can do here, but wanted to file a complaint nevertheless.

      I am reaching out for the BBB's help regarding American Technologies Network Corp. (ATN) for a refund and return of a defective ODIN thermal unit and dovetail helmet mount I purchased directly from them on September 28th, 2023.The unit suffered from power failures despite multiple troubleshooting steps advised by ATN, including using their supplied rechargeable battery pack. I was initially in touch with an account manager, *************************, who, after several communications, redirected me to ******************* for the refund process on October 10th. 2023. Unfortunately, my repeated attempts to contact ************ and follow-*** with ATN have yielded no instructions or acknowledgment concerning the return or refund status.The last communication with ATN was on November 6th, 2023, which has not been returned. The lack of response and resolution from ATN has significantly inconvenienced me, rendering the items unusable for their intended purposes and affecting my personal plans.I am seeking:1. Explicit instructions for returning the malfunctioning items.2. A full refund amounting to $2,564.3. An explanation for the delayed response and service interruption.I trust the BBB can mediate to secure a prompt and fair resolution. Enclosed are all relevant sales invoices, detailed email communications, and a log of my attempts to reach ATN.I appreciate your support in resolving this matter.

      On April 20, 2023 I purchased a thermal scope, targets, and a detachable mount for $897 online. ***** never delivered the package, and I filed a claim with them. They told me the product was delivered, even though I never signed for it and they couldnt provide proof of delivery, and to contact the shipper. I sent an email to ATN that was ignored, and when I spoke to customer service they listened to my complaint and told me they would look into it. I was told that my information would be passed on to a manager and he would contact me. No one contacted me and when I called back I was told that it would be looked into. This went on and on until my phone calls and emails were ignored. I had a direct line to the guy who was looking into it and he didnt have the courtesy to return my calls or send an email. He led me to believe he was working on it when he was doing absolutely nothing and then went into hiding. I had to start the process over with another customer service guy who was able to speak to their ***** rep within an hour and confirmed that I never received the package. ***** accidentally marked the package as delivered and then noticed that the box was badly damaged and took it back to the warehouse where it disappeared. He apologized and said they were going to ship me a brand new scope. That was June 1st, and I told him that I wanted my money back instead. Now its July 5th, and the guy I thought was sincerely helping me is ignoring my phone calls and emails. I want my money back

      I have been dealing with this company 4 times now this year trying to get a product that works to no avail. I had asked for a refund in the previous month, and they had a manager approve a more expensive model for me to try instead of refunding me at that time. I agreed to try one more, then refund if that upgraded model didnt work. It did not. Now they have a magical system that will not let them process a refund??? I hope my next computer has that! There was no refund timeline I was made aware of, plus its simply a lie!This is a thermal rifle scope. Its takes times to mount, right weather, time to go to the range and test fire, remove, box up and ship, then wait for a return. I did this 4 times for them and this product does not hold a zero (hit where its pointed) so they are not useable. I told them after 4, I simply wanted the refund now.I have requested a refund from this company due to their products not performing. I have tired 4 scopes now and they do not do what they are supposed to do. They are not useful for their intended purposes, you can't hit what you are aiming at! I even purchased a new rifle and tools to put this on.This company has an F rating with the BBB I found out. They were very nice when they sent me replacements, but then wont answer the phone when I call. ***** is never available and only communicates by email now???I dont believe in any commerce that after 4 non-performing products, you are stuck with it!I simply want a refund to purchase a different product for my rifle mount. I can not keeping working on their products hoping to get one that works.I am attaching our email string to go along with this.

      The company is apparently processing my refund. They sent a ***** label for me to return the product which I did with verified receipt.  I am still waiting to see the refund back on my **** account so the situation is still not resolved until payment is recieved.

      I purchased a ATN ThOR 4 thermal scope from this company on December 1st 2021. I purchased this item for $1799.00. In the past 3-4 months the items has stopped working properly (freezing not able to sight in scope correctly, not able to record videos) and I have sent multiple emails to company from 2nd of February to this week. I only received one response. The person that responded ask me a list of questions. I answered all questions and that was the last I heard from him. I sent a follow up email asking if he received email and got no response. I sent multiple emails to customer support also with no response. I am medically retired from the military and am on a fixed income and had to save up for item. All Im asking for them to fix or replace item or refund so I can go to another company. I have been extremely patient with this company and met with minimal or no communication.

      I purchased a thermal monocular (OTS-XLT) from ATN for my father-in-law, a vet that enjoys using the thermal to scope wildlife. The buttons on this unit are little rubber buttons that attach by pushing on with your thumb, slip on rubber buttons essentially that cover the real button deeper in the unit. They are prone to rub off if you are not careful.One of those rubber buttons slipped off and was inadvertently lost. They are about **** inches long so easy to misplace if they rub off, which they are wont to do. I phoned asking if I could purchase the button for the unit to make it easier to power the unit on for him, stated I was fine paying for the rubber cap and shipping. I was told that they would need to have the unit sent in, inspected for damage and a professional technician would need to apply the button. Again, a small rubber slip on button a 2 year old could put on in a few seconds. I said there was no need for an inspection and I didn't want to pay for inspection/shipping, just wanted to pay for a rubber button. Again was told either send it for an inspection and service fee/installation of this rubber button or buy a new thermal. So $599 for a thermal with rubber buttons that sometimes fall off, I phone just asking if I could buy another one--and was told that nonsensical response. I'd avoid ATN, there are many other thermal manufacturers now that will be happy to have your service.

      Ordered a scope for my husband on 11/07, it was delievered and worked for one day. We returned the item as it was in the return period (10 days). My husband called and informed them that he did not want a replacement, after being informed they would give less return time for the 2nd scope. The employee told us to deny the package being as they had already sent a new scope out, without communication the first scope was received. I denyed the package 11/25. By December 6th, we had heard nothing from the company, after making calls the scope was still sitting awaiting return as ATN had neglected to do their end of the return shipping. They reveived it 12/09, but would not start pricessing the return until the following week. After calling and asking for an update, I was tokd their return refund timeline is 21 days. So here we are on December 19th, 2 days shy of 6 weeks that we gave them $1500 dollars for a scope that worked for 1 day wondering if we will be refunded anytime soon.

The second scope ATN wrongfully (costumer was not notified, nor in agreeance to this resolution) sent has been received back after sitting at *** for a week or more due to ATNs negligence. The case should have been esclated, and the money refunded promptly based off the fact the company delayed the entire process to begin with.
